I will NEVER be going back to this restaurant at all. Asked for a 3pc dark meat thigh combo and a 5pc spicy chicken strip and didn’t get anything close to that. I got a 2 pc combo of a wing and drumstick that wasn’t even dark meat and got NO chicken strips at all . Not to mention my chicken was way over cooked. The right lids on the mashed potatoes weren’t even the right lids. The Woman at the drive was actually like she couldn’t hear me and didn’t even verify my order with me just told me to pay 25 dollars and pull up. They were rude and unprofessional and all the staff were outback screaming at each other and playing around. This is officially the worst experience I’ve ever had at any of the Popeyes I’ve ever been to. -10/10 I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this restaurant at all

My server was very friendly. There are multiple people standing there waiting for their orders, seemed like chaos behind the counter. And the manager was sitting out in the lobby. The dining room had water on the floor by the drinks and some of the drinks machine was broken. The food portions are ridiculously small for the high price. Next time I’ll go to Cane’s and get more food for less money

Cold chicken and very slow service. There were only two of us”customer’s” in the store. I took about 25 minutes for them just to take my order and about 10 minutes to fix it just for me to witness the person fixing my food move the hot chicken off of the top to only give me old and cold chicken. This location is the worst of the worst. Being managed by the worst. This a formal complaint about conduct unbecoming a manager involving behaviors that are unprofessional, hostile and very poor customer service. The manager at this location lack any leadership qualities. 9:45 pm last night, I went to check on my order after waiting more than 20 minutes. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she became aggressive, rude and condescending. She is reflecting poorly on Popeyes Brand.

WORST POPEYES. I ordered food an hour and a half ago and my husband had to wait at the store for a whole HOUR. Didn’t prepare anything til the last 10-15 min of him waiting. I’m staying in a hotel and had nothing to eat all day nor any other food around and was STARVING for almost 2 hours I felt sick over it. I’m never coming back to this location and I suggest you get a whole new team because that’s ridiculous. At this point I wish I could get my $40 back if I have to wait hours before I can eat.

I’m pretty sure my food was made yesterday and heated up. Everything I ordered tasted old…. My fries were cold and stale and unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I left the drive through and got to the nearest stop light. My chicken sandwich was sloppily made and the chicken had that “day old” taste to it. My sweet and spicy wings were definitely made yesterday. I’m confident they shouldn’t look or taste the way they do. I don’t normally come to this Popeyes and will definitely not be back again. Do not recommend.
