Yes this was delivery- but the bag wasn’t properly tied and they didn’t package- so now if I wanted to eat this I’d have to wash and clean up just to attempt to enjoy which now the food would be dry cause they made sure the bag got to be sauced instead of the food – this was my first time trying this restaurant as well.
Great customer service is from start to finish and this just shows a very lazy attempt to make sure that all orders are done the right way. Thumbs down

Cupbop in Aurora serves up big portions of Korean BBQ bowls that are fresh and high quality. Personally, the food was just okay for me, but I think that was on me because I went a little heavy on the sauce. The flavors are bold and the ingredients taste fresh, so if you like customizable bowls with a kick, this is definitely your spot.
The portion sizes are generous and filling, so you definitely get your money’s worth. My daughter loved her meal and thought everything was packed with flavor.
The customer service was great too. The staff was friendly, patient, and made ordering easy, which made the visit smooth overall. Even though the food wasn’t fully my taste, I can see why so many people like it. I would recommend trying it out, especially if you enjoy Korean BBQ flavors and want a big, satisfying meal.

It’s very dirty inside and it smelled like sewer. If I didn’t place an online order, I would’ve turned around. The lemonade in the machine also tasted moldy and old. The food was good and the staff was very nice but it was sooo dirty.

I had a great experience at CupBop! The staff were really friendly and helpful. And the food was delicious and affordable. I ordered through a Kiosk. Which seems to be the way of things anymore.

Been wanting to try this place. Staff were nice and they were very fast. I would say that the flavors don’t taste Korean. But maybe this is the Panda Express equivalent. It could be good if the recipes were tweaked. Textures and flavors were just not it for the veggies, rice, dumplings and noodles. Ya know it’s not gonna be GREAT when a staff member clearly left their Jersey Mikes sandwich from next door on the table by the soda fountain. Maybe the ramen is better than the cupbop I got.

This place is gross. Not sure how it has such high reviews. I thought it would be a build your own bowl type of thing if you select the 2 proteins but it was just a small amount of cabbage, glass noodles and rice. Why do they give you both rice and noodles? and they slather mayo on top of everything. will not be coming back here.

This place is fantastic! All of their food is packed with flavor and it’s good for you! I got the Rock Bop and it was so delicious! Their Potstickers as a side are great as well! You will be very satisfied and full after you are done eating!
