Stopped to get a family meal. The young lady that took my order had an attitude and the chicken was over cooked and little. My thumb was bigger then the chicken leg they had the nerve to serve me. Spent $30 on chicken where you needed 3 pieces to equal one. Thats how small the chicken was. I’ve never seen a chicken thigh so small. Shame on you popeyes!! I should’ve brought it back and got a refund. I’ll never stop at this popeyes in central on wax rd ever again!!!

Hadn’t been here in a while but this most recent visit was completely different than what I was used to here. The food service was still slower than I would have liked but I could tell the entire crew behind the counter was working hard and just busy. The manager especially was running the place so well. Glad to see this place is improving!

Worst fast food experience in my life. Employee working drive through EXTREMELY rude over the intercom. Did not know how to speak properly at all. Then wanted to argue and shout back at me when I calmly and nicely explained also had to show her that we did not receive our complete order. Got home and the chicken was still raw on the inside.. sickening. Will NEVER return. Also hope nobody gets food poisoning!

Not sure what is happening to the food, but it has no flavor. I used to love their biscuits, but I can’t even eat them now. My spicy chicken was not spicy at all. Service was terrible. It made me feel as though I was intruding on their time. Did not feel welcome.

I had to wait about 5 minutes for the chicken, but well worth the wait. 10 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, red beans and rice, and 4 biscuits. Got home with everything still hot and delicious.

I had to work late yesterday, and didn’t have time to make a meal. I’ll stop by here on your way home, they were slammed but rolling out the chicken. They were very polite can answer questions that I had about menu options. Everyone was all hands on deck not one person was left to attend to something by themselves. It was fast in the food was fresh and hot we will be going back to this location!!

This was the worst experience I have had to encounter in Central LA. The workers & MANAGERS are VERY INATTENTIVE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, everyone hadsa job to do rather you want to work where you are, or not!!!! They took my order and kept asking me WHAT?? Like really? I have never experienced this type of service at any other Popeyes. It’s never the best service at any of the Popeyes, but this is by far the worst. If I could give 0 for tonight, it would be a negative ZERO!!. My host was Seaniqua @ 8:25pm. This location needs better staff on the night crew or someone need to come & manage this crew. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but like I said, we all have a job to do on our jobs but this is giving VERY MUCH I JUST DONT CARE or I DONT LIKE MY JOB!!

Walked in to the Lobby at 6:35pm on a Wednesday. The manager asked if I had a DoorDash or Web order. I said No, I would like to order here. She said that I would need to go to the drive-thru. I left and went to Sonic. There was no one in the dining room, and at least 6 employees behind the counter. Very Strange, but this location always has terrible service so I’m not surprised.
