Oh my God one thing I can say about this location is that from the manager down to the employee are so nice and the food is always fresh and good. Big shout out to Mrs Barbara she is a beautiful lady with a pretty smile and heart is gold. Every time I go through the drive through the customs service is a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the inside is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ always clean. So I pray that they all get recognized starting with Mrs Barbara down to every employee in that restaurant.

this place is by far the BIGGEST joke in all of central city. the only time i’ve ever had a decent experience here is when the manager was present and she was watching the every move of the employees, but when she’s not there, they do nothing. if you wanna sit around and get paid for doing absolutely nothing and getting zero consequences because of it popeyes in central is the place to work.

I had to work late yesterday, and didn’t have time to make a meal. I’ll stop by here on your way home, they were slammed but rolling out the chicken. They were very polite can answer questions that I had about menu options. Everyone was all hands on deck not one person was left to attend to something by themselves. It was fast in the food was fresh and hot we will be going back to this location!!

Ordered at the drive-thru; service was very slow and this location always seems to make you pull up and wait for your food after you order and pay. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a soda. Soda was good and the sandwich was cooked perfectly and was juicy and tasty.

10-15 minute wait at the drive thru, honestly ive sat through worse and i can wait that long, i got to the intercom said id like to place an order (didnt have a doordash or order online) lady behind the intercom said something about pulling up and asking me to be patient but i didnt catch everything on account of my bad hearing and their even worse intercom system and when i tried to ask them to reapeat what they said, no response.

My wife tried to go in the restaurant to purchase emil, but when she win the door she was told she couldn’t order in the restaurant and she would have to go to the drive-up window. But my complaint is that she was spoken to like she was stupid when the employee felt she had to rudely explain “That’s why there’s nobody in there because they don’t have the manpower.” How about hire some help, or put a sign out the door?
