I placed a mobile order last night around 9pm, I specifically ordered 2 orders of MILD chicken with 2thighs and 1leg in each other. when i got to the window the lady at the window let me know that there was enough mild chicken to make my order so i told her she could mix it with spicy. i received my order just to have an order of breast in my order i gave it back and told her it was incorrect, another lady came from the back yelling saying “she told me they didn’t have no more dark meat” and i tried to explain to her that the lady in the window only told me they didn’t have mild chicken she said nothing about not having dark meat. she proceeds to yell at me said “that’s all we got, breasts only i already said that” and then mumbled something else that i couldn’t hear which made everybody inside the restaurant look at me at the drive thru window.
im not a child nor am i that woman’s child to be spoken to like that for a misunderstanding. i was just trying to get my order correct because originally that’s not what i was told. either way this store just opened back up after being temporarily closed and maybe they need to do so again for customer service training.

Night shift is the B team, day shift makes less mistakes with orders. The manager talks to the team members like trash and its sad to see especially doing that in front of customers. Overall a decent location.

All I ordered was a few biscuits, there were no customers there
at the time besides me. They asked me to pull forward and wait. If the biscuits aren’t ready and I need to wait a little bit then you should have said something instead of telling me to reverse my car backward and then telling me to pull forward 20 ft and wait by the sign and then telling me to reverse back AGAIN to the window and make me wait more than 10 minutes overall. I didn’t know what was going on. I got a refund. If you had just told me from the jump that the biscuits were going to take __x__ amount of time to be ready and didn’t make me do gymnastics with my car I would have been cool with it.

Food is always great. Cannot eat food inside of this Popeyes because it smells horrible in there. Whoever is the store manager and GM should be shame of themselves. A towel stuck in a hole over the fry area dust on equipment at the front counter. It really needs a deep clean. Seats are coming up in the dining area

Oh my, I just ordered the “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” and let me tell you, no other chicken sandwich that I have had is even close. The bun is just a bit sweet, it is not very noticeable and it is quite soft. The sauce that they added to the sandwich is a great compliment, it is a bit creamy and quite flavorful. The pickles are ample size, crunchy and equally complimentary. Now for the main attraction, the chicken, oh the crunchy, spicy, juicy warm chicken. This is breast meat that is juicy with a very nice crunchy coating of breading on it. The chicken is about 1.5 inches at the thickest point and tapers down to one inch. WoW, the sandwich is really really good, this is not a hype story, it is real!

Pros: Really close to where I work so that’s wonderful I can get chicken whenever I want. Pretty friendly ladies at the front and the counter they enjoy their job and help you whenever you can. Many parking spaces so you don’t have to worry about parking spot
Cons: It can be quite busy during lunch and dinner and there is usually a long line in the drive-through.

I ordered three, number threes and I made one of them instead of it being chicken I made one of them chicken tenders with an extra biscuit side red beans another side fries my side was red beans I asked for dipping sauce I don’t know if the lady clearly hit me through the speaker to drive through or what but I didn’t get any dipping sauce no napkins didn’t get a receipt to good to be true right I know thank God anyway .
