This has to be the slowest location in the world. It makes absolutely no sense to have customers wait 30-45 for food. It’s apparent why they ask you to stop before pulling up to the window. This location needs new management b/c there is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money going here. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Popeyes always has great food. But as of lately, the employees are trash. I ordered my food on the app from my home. I do this because Popeyes employees are slower than frozen honey. 15 minute drive to the restaurant and over 7 minutes in the drive thru for the rude employee to say “app orders are picked up inside”. Mind you on the app you choose to pick up in drive thru or inside, PLUS i have picked up in drive thru before. I go inside and wait another 15 minutes before getting my chicken. 9 employees inside. No chicken being fried as baskets were full. 3 pairs of employees talking. 1 working window, 1 working register, and manager bouncing around complaining. Behind me were 4 customers with messed up drive thru orders. Won’t be returning to this location.

I wish I could leave 0 star! Crew is just rude and uninterested! When they aren’t rushing you through your order, they are half listening. Today was my last day ever supporting this store…. I have had enough!! Don’t even waste your time, go to Zachary. You may wait a few minutes longer, but this stores gives good customer service.

The cashier was very professional I received my order of spicy chicken biscuit cajun rice and red beans. There was only 6 teaspoons of Cajun rice in that little small cup next time please fill the cup up thank you, But other than that everything was good.

I have been to this establishment twice now. Both times the wait on food was at least 45 minutes to an hour and then the food was a disappointment. The first time we went they forgot part of the order and when we called in was told to come back and they would make it right. They did after the 45 minute wait. I can understand forgetting part of the order however this was at 10:30 in the morning. I will give credit to the server as she was very courteous and clearly had a lot of customers to explain to. I felt she handled it with grace while under pressure. Will I go back? I highly doubt it.

It was terrible, I pulled up in the drive thru, the line is not moving for over 30 minutes, so I go inside, they are not taking walk-ins orders only pick ups, get back in the car, still sitting in the drive-thru, still waiting, 30 more minutes past, make it to the window another 15 minutes before they take my order, no sorry for the long wait, or can I get you something to drink for your wait or nothing, every since covid the service at Popeyes has been really bad, they eill not be getting my money, this is the one in Baker.
