.Service was very slow. Several pieces of chicken were very dried out like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. The biscuits were undercooked, but I finished them in the oven at home and they were great. Sides were good and fresh. Guess it was an off night.

Had a terrible drive through experience there today. An employee told me there would be a 2 minute wait on wings and asked me to pull up to the front of the store to wait. After over 10 minutes of waiting I went inside and had to wait again at the counter. There was no employee at the front counter. The same drive through employee argued with me telling me he never said a 2 minute wait and I need to listen better. I will never again purchase food from this poorly run establishment. The food doesn’t even taste good enough to justify this level of poor customer service.

I placed an order online at 9:38 past Sunday night. When I showed up to restaurant the doors were locked and employees told me they could not make me order. They were understaffed and they could not send me refund because I ordered online. Online has still not contacted me. Is this how we are taking care of our customers now.

Just go to churches. Went to the first place they told me to come inside went to this one ordered a 4 piece dark with a apple pie and 5 piece tender with bbq sauce with a cherry and cream pie was told they out of the cherry and cream pie made it home ended up with a 4 piece mix with a cherry nd cream pie and the wrong sauce for the tenders. But was supposed to be out of that pie nd only had apple pies whole order just about wrong ♂️

They left off the CHICKEN off a CHICKEN SANDWHICH…literally. Then overly and I mean overly saturated another sandwich with sarache sauce to the point it made the sandwich uneditable. I dont complain much but dang. Hope it was just an off night.

If I could give negative stars I would. Made my husband and 1 year old(19 month) old very ill. They both were diagnosed with food poisoning. When I called to inform the GM his response was, “you just calling about this ma’am?” And offered to remake the order. OF COURSE NOT! I was just calling to let you all know that around 5PM yesterday the chicken made my family ill and that they needed to take more precautions being that it is making people AND CHILDREN sick !

Tried the new Rojo Chicken Sandwich, a collaboration with Hot Ones. It’s delicious, Smokey, spicy, and everything was fresh and crispy. The staff delivered it in the rain with a great attitude. I think they should be provided with some rain gear for days when it’s needed!

I decided to go by and try this Spicy Chicken that everyone is talking about from Popeyes. Now I love Chick-fil-A. Their food is always on point and the customer service is beyond awesome , but I have to say the service at Popeye’s today was awesome and the chicken sandwich was delicious. I was a little skeptical about trying this chicken sandwich, But I have to say it is absolutely one of the best chicken sandwiches that I have had. It has spicy sauce on the bottom, pickles and one large piece of of the chicken on a bun that seems to be toasted or something. The chicken looks like a whole boneless chicken breast just fried to Perfection and just sitting on top of the it had a little touch of heat and a little spiciness. Delicious.
