First, let me say, I normally love Popeyes! The Popeyes in Franklin, Louisiana was TERRIBLE. I was prepared to place a good sized order for 8 people and when I arrived there were three people outside and one person inside. I walked up to the register and was met very nonchalantly even though I was the ONLY customer. I began ordering and told they weren’t making chicken sandwiches, so I made a call and went to order 50 tenders, was then told they only have 4 tenders in the whole store. I left without ordering.

Rude male manager at the drive thru on 12/12/22. Instead of giving the customer with a small order their food, you decide to give out a big order then “drop more chicken” afterwards. Get it together instead of having duck lips for your mistakes.

Went there 8/7/22 and ordered 3 -16 piece family meals and 2- 12 piece tender meals at 11:30 The manager took control and started counting the chicken and got more chicken cooking. Her and her team all contributed to have this order ready very quick andade sure nothing was missing. Very professional.

Left one star because I couldn’t go any lower. Employees are extremely rude, manager has no control. Always out of menu items, orders never correct and wait time is ridiculous. This place should just close down.
