This is the best Popeyes I ever visited. I couldn’t of asked for anything better. The portion of the food was big, it was fresh and hot , the attendant was so friendly.

The chicken is always good, love the tenders. The sides are subpar. The staff needs a refresher on customer service. It would be nice to order, get your entire order, and not be treated with a poor attitude. Since eating options are limited and eateries are closing, in my opinion, Popeyes of Crowley have become complacent. Do better.

There is no customer service at all. There no welcome greeting no TY or any kind of word that let u know that they want ur business. Lobby was not cleaned. Men’s restroom need to be cleaned.

The quality of the food at this location matches the customer service; they are both lacking in warmth and are sloppily put together. You can tell that the employees do not care about what they are doing because the food is thrown together haphazardly and although you wait way too long for it, it is cold and lacks flavor.

Drive thru Service Missing order. Need to come around get off and request order , No one in registers to help you BUT! There is plenty of employees to see you are there But won’t acknowledge you. By the time one attends the rest of the food is very cold.
I asked for ketchup , ranch , for the multiple meals we were giving 1 packet of ketchup and 1 packet of ranch ? … ( For 4 orders ? )
Oh well needless to say we will not be returning to this particular location.

I’m a delivery driver and In the crowley they are very rude and one specific woman that works in the front I believe deliberately extends my wait time every time I’ve picked an order. I’m not sure if she does it to all drivers but she is intentionally doing this. I’ve noticed the order will be done and ready to go and she takes the picture of it with the phone and places it on the counter in the back, in plain view and ignores me for 15 minutes while making sly remarks to workers in the back and is just all around rude. This has been an issue everything I’ve picked up there and it brings my ratings down everything, which is screwing up my lively hood for my children. And crowley popeyes is the only restaurant that this consistently keeps happening at.

I understand that chicken comes in all shapes and sizes, but lately I am tired of getting smaller portions and small chicken pieces. Tonight’s order was terrible I called and complained “Jay” was polite and offered me more chicken but I did not want to have to drive back. Popeyes needs to do a better job in making sure the chicken they are cooking is more consistent. really there is no excuse other than they are cutting corners to make more money. I won’t be back for awhile I will get local friend chicken at least they won’t rob me like Popeyes just did.

Went here a couple of times. I had the spicy chicken strips with sweet heat and they were very tasty. The sweet heat adds just the right spice and sweetness. The Cole slaw was also delicious. I also got some drumsticks and they were tiny.
2023: We stopped here again this year and we’re told it would be 10 minutes wait for spicy chicken strips and that no dark meat chicken was available at all unless we waited for it to be fried for 30 minutes. There were five other vehicles waiting when we got in the queue. We also were not given a receipt, but we did get the strips after 10 minutes and they were good.
2025: Went here and tried the blackened chicken tenders with Buffalo sauce. Quite good.

11/14/2025 I don’t know or am I related to anyone working here but when I came here around noon, the first thing that I noticed was the guy behind the counter. Obviously the manager at the time. This guy was TCOB! He was kind, knowledgeable, double checking everything. Working the front the back, even the lobby! I’ve never seen anyone keep things rolling like this guy. I hope he’s well compensated because if another restaurant ever sees him operate, you can bet they will make him an offer! Again, I don’t know anyone working here, just an observation.
