There is no customer service at all. There no welcome greeting no TY or any kind of word that let u know that they want ur business. Lobby was not cleaned. Men’s restroom need to be cleaned.

I understand that chicken comes in all shapes and sizes, but lately I am tired of getting smaller portions and small chicken pieces. Tonight’s order was terrible I called and complained “Jay” was polite and offered me more chicken but I did not want to have to drive back. Popeyes needs to do a better job in making sure the chicken they are cooking is more consistent. really there is no excuse other than they are cutting corners to make more money. I won’t be back for awhile I will get local friend chicken at least they won’t rob me like Popeyes just did.

Wait time is a nightmare! Defiantly need a new team and management. And the food isn’t even good. First time I stop in the dinning and even that took forever. Popeyes has gone down hill terribly. This was our favorite place to eat chicken. Service was the WORST, RUDE, SLOW,SLOW,SLOW, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Chicken was greasy, tasted OFF. Ordered spicy and definitely not spicy. PLAIN. Popeyes please pay attention. You’ve got to change the people your hiring. Absolutely the worst. I may not get the chicken I want, buy I at least expect Service with respect, SO I will go to Chick-fil-A. Popeyes, PLease pay attention. Your losing your business. They had 6 vehicles leave while we were there because of the horrible service.

Dec 30, 2021 …I’m visiting from Washington and family sent me here to pickup dinner… After waiting 15-20 minutes (Cars wrapped around restaurant) in drive thru because dining room was closed… chicken was dry hard and tasted like it had been under heat lamp for hours! Washington Popeyes are much better! I won’t return to the location!

I have a family of 5. We all eat dark meat. Everytime we go we know we can’t order the specials all dark so we order the family meals all dark. I know we pay a little more to do this, but that is okay as I’m paying for what we eat. Last night I went to Popeyes in Crowley and they would not let me order a 12 piece all dark. They told me I couldn’t do that because of shortage in chicken. If they have not sold out of chicken then I should be able to purchase what I’m ordering as I’m paying for it. They told me no that they could only serve mixed(when I order just dark everytime we go). Why would I pay for something we are not going to eat??? The little girl was rude and ugly then we go on to order what they had displayed on the board and on a sign(strawberry cheesecake pie). She says rudely we don’t serve that. At this point I get so frustrated I just drive off. My family loves Popeyes and we spend btw $50-$80 everytime we go but I’m to the point where I’m done with the rudeness and the being told we can’t order what we eat when I’m PAYING for it. It is very sad!!!

I Hate this location. I have tried Numerous times to give I chance. Chicken is either overcooked, too small or just Not good. Kids work here and don’t care about customer service. Just go to a different location. Run. Would have given zero stars if was an option
