Like anyone else from Louisiana. I’ve been coming to Popeyes for YEARS .. never have iEver been charged for jalapeño peppers when asked for RANCH .. As you can see from the receipt. the ranch price was $0.00 so I’m assuming the not so friendly cashier wanted to charge for something so she charged me for 5 jalapeño peppers .. when iSaw that iPut my vehicle in park & went inside to bring it to her attention… iWas told “ that’s how we charge for ranch “ so she basically insulted my intelligence. Cause why on EARTH would u charge someone for an item they didn’t get when in fact the item iDid get is seen on the receipt for $0.00 iKno BS when iSee it.. the lady was passive aggressive and couldn’t find a smile if it ran right in front of her ! Her shirt was different so iKnew she was the manager… let me tell ya. If that’s how the manager do iDon’t even wanna kno bout the employees .. terrible experience !!

This will be the LAST time I buy from this franchise. I’ve been ordering the 1/4 shrimp box for years, and it always came in a small box with a fair portion. Now they hand me a tiny salad container with barely any shrimp — what a rip-off! When I questioned it, the employee straight-up lied, saying it’s “always been that way.” That’s insulting to loyal customers .

And to every employee who lies to customers and treats us like we’re just an inconvenience: remember this — jobs like yours won’t last forever. With the way things are moving, you’ll be replaced by AI and computers soon enough. If you can’t show honesty and respect to the people who keep your business running, don’t be surprised when customers stop coming back.

Food server went outside to take a “smoke break” and came right back in amd started to touch food. I asked to “please wash her hands” and was rudely replied back with “am I making your food?” Yes, yes you are making my food. Quality over quantity people. The wonderful cashier however, she was kind, knowledgeable, and I leave a great review for her.

Just received my DoorDash order and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and received fishe, I ordered fry’s and received red beans, and I ordered strawberry creme pie and got apple , and didn’t get the correct sauce I ordered either! You have one job BO BETTER!!!!

Food hot but old, dry, and extremely little. Went around 11p to a location that stays open until 1a. Ordered French fries as sides for my daughters. I was told all they had was mashed potatoes and red beans. I could tell they weren’t cooking anything fresh so I didn’t bother complaining about the old chicken. I placed an order ahead of time on the app for pick up 30 minutes later. That should have been ample time to fix fresh chicken and fries. I’ll never visit late in the evening again to avoid this problem in the future. But, the location shouldn’t be open late if they stop cooking earlier in the evening

I ordered an 8 piece chicken family box and it’s old and has been sitting. The lady running the drive thru attitude was so nasty. My chicken is saggy and cold and unacceptable. Short handed or not, the food should be fresh and customer service should never make your customers feel unwelcomed. Definitely not worth $32

Ms. Emily had exceptional customer service. I accidentally ordered my food at the wrong restaurant and she told me that she will still honor it at that restaurant. Her empathy that she showed for me was very kind and it definitely made my day.

my sister came through just a few minutes ago. the man taking the order was so rude, and death stared her when he handed her the order etc. slammed the order window shut in her face. talked to her like she was dumb. the ticket says his name is keelan, he was a skinny short dark man. said to have a blessed night and he just death started her as she drove away. learn your manners people. safe to say we will not be coming back to this popeyes. keelan, i hope you learn the golden rule❤️

If I could leave no stars, I would. Terrible timing, lied to our face about the ‘computers being down’, told us ‘the lobby is closed’ like I was a damn child twice, but forgot our food for thirty minutes. Just to be told they don’t have any more red beans, if this isn’t fixed, the money shall not come from me. Do, not, go, to, this, Popeyes. The other one is bad too, just eat at home, learn to cook chicken, it will be better and take less time and less idiocy. Bye bye. Also threw the fries in our bag with no holder, and barely any fries. Also, pickles on a clear NO PICKLES SANDWICH.

Honestly mean it when i say it but this is single handedly the worst popeyes ive ever been too. Every time i come here they are out of absolutely everything. They pushed us forward and told us our food is gonna be out and 30 minutes and 10 cars later we go around the drive through and they tell us they don’t have the order anymore? Oh and of course they can’t do anything about it at all and i have to wait til when ever it is their customer service wants to send me a refund. Honestly have no idea how this place is still open i’m not sure if it’s a problem with the management or staff but i wouldn’t be surprised when if i see it close down sometime soon.
