Lady at the counter taking orders was not friendly at all! Acted like we were a bigger by being there. When I told her thank you I got no reply. We spent about $60 as it was a big family order w extras. They had no sweet tea so I got nasty lemonade that was not sweet. But the main bother was customer service. Of all the Popeyes I’ve been to this is the BEST one. My food is always hot. Fries always crispy. I’m never missing anything from my order. I never have to ask for sauce or napkins. The employees are always nice. I’ve been to some bad Popeyes but this one has always been great to me.

They obviously have no problem with allowing their employees to be sick at work. One of the workers was vomiting loudly in the bathroom for 15 minutes. Whenever I said I wanted a refund for the order because someone is sick at work, they told me “No one is sick.” Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The food was average. The employee was rude. The dining room tables had not been cleaned in several days. No napkins, no salt and pepper packets and no soap in a filthy restroom. Will not be back to this location in Hammond.

The employees inside are very rude and acted like we were bothering them by being there. They never greeted us, and they completely ignored us while they changed out the til drawer, taking their time and making us feel like they wanted us to leave. When I asked a question about the price because I had a code on my phone the Cashier Cortney, ignored me and waited until my husband to paid, and then said rudely “you had to give me that code BEFORE you order”, and then walked off.

This popeyes takes the cake for the most unfriendly, rude, and unpleasant experience at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited this location several times over the last couple of months, and it’s the same story every time.
