The customer service at Popeyes was chill and welcoming, and the workers were patient while we ordered. The food came out hot and fresh, with the chicken super crispy and full of flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely a place I’d come back to with friends.

Went to Popeyes restaurant in Gramercy. At 4:52 pm on Sunday November 2 there were no mild chicken cooked and hardly any spicy chicken. I was told I had to wait 5 minutes for mild chicken. The spicy chicken had 8 minutes to cook. I order 2 chicken legs, red beans in 1 order. The other order was for 1 chicken leg and 1 wing with a Cajun rice and mashed potatoes. When I got home I had 1 leg and 1 wing. In the other order which was supposed to be 2 legs when I got home I had 1 breast and 1 wing. The chicken was undercooked and I threw it away. There’s no organization in that place and they don’t care what they give you. That place needs a responsible manager!!

I’d love to know why at 11:45am on Sunday February 15 the door was locked in our face and we were told “drive thru only”?? This was for a MOBILE order, regardless as a restaraunt business, this is poor business practice.

This Popeyes and the one in Laplace, La is horrible the service the food and all the buildings need to be remodeled and redid over again I mean really updated the people that they hire be looking like they just wake up and come to work looking not clean or nothing . Certain employees Finger nails be dirty and all who in the world gone come and eat from a business like that with the employees not looking up to part clean, and professional. I came here the last time and i swear my chicken tastes really nasty very strange that was the last time I went there last year . The owners should check their business harder and the people that work there on their appearance.

Tonight I went to Popeyes and I was not pleased at all. First of they forgot my 3 jalapenos. Secondly, I ordered a family meal and got two half cup of red beans which were suppose to be large. Lastly, I received a bug in the bottom of my red beans cup. The little red beans they did put in there. The red beans should be 3 scoops of beans 3 scoops of rice. That was a small. Yes I was a Popeyes employee before. I could have went somewhere else if I knew that is what would have happened.

I visited Popeyes in gramercy on July 16th around 2:15pm in the drive thru, My son’s ghost pepper chicken sandwich was a mess it was sloppy with way too much ghost pepper sauce and way too many pickles, the bun was soggy and nasty he couldn’t even eat it. They need to do better, that was the worst visit ever.
