The food was typical Popeyes food, which is enough to carry 3 stars on its own. Where things really shine, or more appropriately glare, is the service. This is my second trip here, and both visits were similar, so that is enough to convince me that this is normal. I waited 10 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged by an employee. The counter had a sign that said “ring bell for service,” but no bell. Once I placed my order, it was another 15 minutes before it came out. The poor guy that came in a couple minutes after me waited even longer, just to find out that what he wanted wasn’t available. He angrily stormed out, hitting the door hard, causing a scene. This isn’t what I would call an enjoyable experience, and though I love Popeyes food, it is simply not worth the headache for a while. I will be withdrawing my business for a while to give the opportunity to rectify itself, similar to my “try every couple years” that I have been using on Hardees/Carl Jr. due to their terrible burgers.

We waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes before they even took our money for our order. After waiting an additional 10 minutes to get our food, they forgot to put the boneless chicken wings in the bag. We discovered their mishap after we came home, needless to say it is super disappointing to have one of your kids not get their order. When I called it went to a voice mail and so far I haven’t had a return call. On a bright note: the food we did order was good!

Rude rude rude! Lady that was working yesterday afternoon. Im very polite I work at a fast food restaurant as well and no matter how many times I said thank you this lady had no customer service what’s so ever. We are from out of town we don’t have a Popeyes in our town . My son really wanted him some Popeyes as well as my daughter so there request was made. My kids even notice how rude the lady was and I told them not to worry about it.. Well when it came to the food goodness the fries were just unbelievable hard so hard we had to throw them away drinks were disgusting wasn’t sure what was in the coke I honestly would of turn back around and asked for a refund but we were heading to a appointment near by. Just ridiculous how customer service and the food can be there never again.

It was a very unpleasant evening waiting 58 minutes on food that seemed like it was made at noon. I can’t even start to describe the level of disappointment I had in the food tonight. I dread the thought I feel like I literally threw away $120 in cash for a meal I purchased to try and spoil my family…..The only thing spoiled was the coleslaw. I cannot express how disgusted I am with the food. The only part of our meal which was good was the mashed potatoes, and it was because we had to make them because they did not have any to offer. I would describe in detail the atrocities, but I would be here all night. Everything from the drinks, to the chicken, and the sides were literally inedible.

Well let’s start got it ordered at 12:10 didn’t get my food till 12:35. There was no sweet tea guess they ran out of sugar. Got cut short a tender. All the pop was carbonated. I don’t know what happened to this store. But it use to be fast and amazing quality. Im guessing management is the problem here. If I was corporate I would totally be doing a investigation here.

Cons – they must not be able to get adult chickens right now. My wife got a 2 piece white meat meal, I got a 2 piece dark meat meal, and all four pieces looked like they came off a game hen. Microscopic pieces about half the size of normal.
The other thing is the place is dirty. Smelled weird and the room is set up more like a post office counter. You have to ring a bell for service.
It kinda looks like they got a good deal on some terrible location office space, and set up for the drive thru only with the dine in being an afterthought.
Personally, I’d eat there again, but not inside.

Food was not fresh and only slightly warm, it was also a pathetically small amount. Employees were relatively nice for fast food employees, and service was kinda slow. Overall, not impressed.

Such a disaster. Pre order online and still sit in the drive thru for 20 mins. Fries are always cold and hard. Always troubles with the order. This time their out of mac n cheese and coke. Been there many times and its always an awful experience unfortunately.

We arrived around 10 pm and ordered 3 sandwiches. Service was great. Sandwiches were freshly made and delicious. Seems to be a newer location near many hotels, not far off I-70. I would go back for sure!
