Went to pick up our dinner we ordered online and the lady at the counter asked my BF 3 times what the name on the order was and then I went to use the bathroom and had to cover the seat with to cause it was absolutely disgusting. I went back out to the counter and the lady proceeded to ask me twice what the name on the order was even after being told 3 times already. We waited for 10 minutes and finally got our food and the red beans and rice were hot and good and the biscuits were good but our chicken strips/tenders were literally nothing but hard crunchy pieces that we couldn’t even chew. The chicken was literally flattened and had no meat on them. 2 unhappy customers right here and probably won’t be coming back to this Popeyes restaurant again.

The chicken is consistently hot and fresh, but there seems to be an inventory issue at this location. The past 2 times we went they were out of sides and toppings, and the sauce for the spicy sandwiches is always lackluster. There was also no ice the past 2 times we went.
Still, the chicken is great and the service is amazing as usual. Just need to get the inventory under control.

The food was ready when I got there it was prepared perfectly very friendly staff enjoyed the experience, Popeyes I will tell you this I don’t appreciate you claiming to have boneless wings there’s no such thing it’s chicken tenders made out of breast meat there’s no white meat on wings.

This location has officially hit a new low. I pulled up to the drive-thru to order lunch and asked for a cup of water. Nothing fancy — just TAP WATER. The employee at the window looked me in the face and told me it would cost $3. Yes, you read that right: THREE dollars for a cup of plain tap water.
I’ve been to plenty of Popeyes locations over the years, and water has always been free. To suddenly demand $3 for something that literally comes out of the faucet is beyond ridiculous — it’s insulting. It made me question whether this was a scam attempt by the staff or a shameful policy allowed by management.
Customers should not have to feel like they’re being taken advantage of over something as basic as water. I will not be coming back to this location, and I strongly urge others to think twice before giving them their business.

I had the hobenero chicken sandwich as a meal. The meal comes with a roll. They told me that they only come with the chicken meal. Even though it says it right above what I had ordered. They made me pay extra for the roles I ended up buying 6 rolls and they gave me 4 packets of honey I asked for a couple more and the refused to give me any more. After spending $38.00 I will not go back. The staff were just plain rude.
