Out of all the Chick-fil-A’s that I visit this one has the worst salads ever there is so much backyard lettuce, yellow lettuce, nasty bad lettuce makes me not even want to ever order here again I eat at the one frequently in Brentwood and the food is always superb. The salads are always green and fresh. This one has the nastiest yellow oldest lettuce in the world. I do not recommend them for salads they are horrible.

Easy on-line ordering, great place to get a meal for a family. As always, the team working in these restaurants is courteous, and ready to go the extra mile. I had a rather large order and was prepared to take the food out the vehicle with help from a few of my children, the staff at the restaurant was also prepared to help carry it out to my vehicle.

Usually they’re pretty good but today their customer service sucked. After spending almost $30 on food they wouldn’t give my puppy a pup cup (which is one of the reasons we come to Chick-fil-a) because “they don’t do pup cups in busy hours” which doesn’t make sense it doesn’t even take 15 seconds to do.

As a fast food restaurant it is 4/5 stars but as a Chick-fil-A it is 2 stars at best. It is probably the least organized one I have ever been to. I have been really impressed with how competent some of their locations are…not this one. They are tripping over each other and are probably the slowest of all locations I have been to. This was my third visit to this location since they opened and it has always been like that.
