I’m a DoorDash driver. This store has wasted my time, for the last time. I’m very patient and kind to the staff members of restaurants, I figure their job probably sucks as much as my delivery gig does.
The cashiers are rude if you can find one. Orders are missing here constantly, which in turn affects the money I’m able to make on my end. Their rules are inconsistent, one day I can go through the drive thru, one day I can’t. Nothing is organized and it’s always a cluster at this location. It’s just so much inefficiency. They’re never very busy when I get there either, so any excuse at this point is just that.

I came to pick my order but for some reason the order was in Johnson Dr location. I explained to Angel that this is the location I usually go to but on app it was to pick up at the other location. I comment that I have company waiting and I don’t have time to drive 7 minutes. Alex said she’ll call her boss and in the meantime another associate name Alex was talking to me saying there’s no way he can give my order since the order pick-up was at the other location. I EXPLAINED THAT I didn’t have time and understand the rules but obviously he doesn’t understand customer service. He argued about that this kind of situation wouldn’t justify to my reasoning to override the system or cancel the order from the other store just because I needing to change the pickup order. My experience and expectation was Alex is not well trained in customer service. I didn’t think he was the manager but he was trying to act like one. The bottom line is Angel was the only one who cured the problem by contacting another manager over the phone, to find out what to do. Training new people should follow core of behavior and circle of performance.

I ordered the 7.99 meal which states NO SUBSTUTIONS and my mom also ordered red beans and rice so the RUDE cashier said he substituted the fries for red beans and rice . First time trying pop eyes. I wanted to try the chicken sandwich with cheese plain. My sandwich didnt get cheese and was coated in mayo from top to bottom. I tried to clean it off but going through 10+ napkins I couldn’t get all the mayo off. I just gave up and skipped the meal. They also messed up 2 other orders with my friends. Check your order for accuracy for me I’ll just go elsewhere. Completely wasted $12 for a meal I couldn’t even eat. I even tired to update the restaurant and use the app to report it. I guess both this restaurant and corporate don’t care if their team completely messes up your order. They will take your money and leave you with food you cannot eat because they don’t even listen to the order. I need to add i cannot have mayo yet I got my sandwich coated on both sides of it. I will get sick if I eat it and I was forced to skip and I have no one who cares to report this mistake to.

Well, overall It was pretty good. The food was ready quickly. The service was prompt. The dining area was pretty clean. I don’t have any complaints or really any suggestions. It is as good as any Popeyes that I’ve visited. I would recommend giving it a try.

Went in to order lunch. The guy behind the counter wouldn’t get off his phone to take the order. Told us to order while he had his phone on speaker.
Easily the most unprofessional, rude, self indulgent “human” being I’ve ever encountered. When we said we would wait for him to end his phone call, he replied “Naw”.

Visit the new Popeyes facility in Shawnee that opened a few months ago. The place is new, modern and beautiful, but not recommended for large groups as the dining area is small and there are few tables. The food was a huge failure. First: the place was empty and it took a while to get our order. Second: the chicken and potatoes arrived cold and some without biscuits. Third: The pieces that were supposed to be white meat were black… all pieces. You could hear a lot of staff in the background, but the service was a bad experience… which is a shame because Popeyes is my favorite chicken… Maybe the manager needs a wake-up call.

Okay so #1 yall really are going to sit here and play in my face like I’m not hungry. I ordered at 12pc wing combo (6 bone-less) (6 bone-In), regular fries, and a sweet tea. Yall gave me TWELVE BONE-LESS and they are crunchier than dingleberries. The fries look SAD (exactly how I feel) and the sweet tea is WATERED DOWN. Thanks for getting my sauce right, extremely upset.
