This place has such a relaxing casual atmosphere. Everyone there was so friendly from the staff and owners, who personally came to talk and visit with us, to the other patrons we met. It’s a wonderful local hang out kind of place. The food… oh, the food is amazing! They have the best fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time! We’ll definitely be back and we’ll bring friends!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked in, but I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere. The owner even came over to introduce himself and took the time to chat with us and get to know us, which made the experience feel even more personal. Right now, they’re only serving beer, but the selection is solid and well-curated. They’re currently working on getting their liquor license, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they offer once that’s in place. I’ll definitely be going back!

Wife and I decided to give this spot a try as they just opened and they’re right down the street. Picked up some to-go food: Regular Philly Cheesesteak and a Fish N’ Chips.
The bartender was super friendly and attentive. Total sweetheart.
Philly itself was surprisingly tasty and would probably order again, however the “au jus” it came with was awful. Y’all need to Google a recipe for a good beef jus – that substance was…not good. Maybe it was just a bad batch or something.
Fish N’ Chips: the fish was also surprisingly good and cooked well. Fries were abundant and nicely cooked. I’d order this again.The tartar sauce though could maybe use some more relish/pickle and lemon juice.
I’m hoping this spot makes it – it’s got a good foundation and a nice little location for a neighborhood pub. We’ll definitely be back to give it another shot.
