I was craving something strawberry and I remembered from my last visit about the strawberry biscuits. So I went just to pick them up but got chicken as well. Chicken was hot, fresh and delicious but the strawberry biscuits were dry and disappointing. Especially since they were the only reason I went . Didn’t look very appetizing and something needs to change or just remove them from the menu.

Run. Run fast and run far. I love Popeyes food but this is one of the worst I’ve been to. Food isn’t bad but service is terrible, they are always out of numerous items and the store is dirty and hot. Go somewhere else!

I really wish they cared about the service they provided we have no great chicken left in town and it’s just sad with prices being what they are how little they give you. 12 dollars for 5 chicken strips a biscuit and a pathetic bowl of mashed potatoes I could see the bottom of the bowl. Came through the drive through, made a big order expected a little wait due to this. We were told it would be 2-4 minute wait for them to make more chicken as they just put some more on. We waited for 45 minutes at the window. Everyone behind us in the drive threw went inside and ordered after we did and were in and out within 10 minutes. We asked how much longer, said another 7 minutes for food. We asked for a refund and did not get the full refund. We did not get our food and was late to the appointment we had due to a 45 minute wait.

I was there today and got me a blackened chicken sandwich that tasted old it was hard unfortunately. Although the only good thing was my red bean and rice that tasted Fresh.

Placed an online order for pickup through the drive thru. I arrived 15 minutes later. Not only was my order not ready, they were out of fries and all desserts, almost forgot my drink and did forget a sandwich. I waited quite a long time in the drive through behind several customers as well as for my own order only to have to turn around and go back for the missing item. Also, the store has no ability to refund items and instead I had to go online for customer service. The classic chicken sandwich felt like I was chewing rubber and I ended up tossing it. There was maybe one slice or a half of a slice of bacon. I definitely will not be returning.

Can’t thru the drive thru today. The line was wrapped around the building. Took about 30 minutes just to order and get the food. They had about 4 people working so not understanding why it takes so long to get food out. Sir Tauren was trying to get the workers to get the food out but it was a long wait! Also, when I ordered my spicy tenders they didn’t tell me until I got my food that they were out of spicy tenders. Not that I couldn’t fix it with buffalo sauce but it would have been nice to know so maybe I could have changed my order. They attempted to redeem themselves by giving out coupons which is nice but I don’t want to go back and wait another 30 minutes. I really hope they can get it together.

Awful. The fries were so chewy. It was evident that they were reheated. The sandwich was smothered in sauce to the point it was inedible. It was reheated and chewy around the edges. Customer service was nonexistent. Employees just looked at me when I said “Hi” “How are you” “Thank you.” No straw or napkins were provided. Read the other 1 star reviews and avoid this place!!!

Honestly, I don’t know why I bother. Lobby full of people, 4 employees sitting at a table in the dining room talking, chicken bins empty, and 20 minute wait. Staff/manager unorganized. Ventilation inadequate, kitchen filled with smoke. A chicken restaurant out of chicken…. My last visit.
