I ordered chicken wings, but most of them were in poor condition, just like the photos I attached. I had already stopped visiting this location for a while because of previous disappointments with the food quality, and unfortunately, this visit was no different. I was also concerned to see trash and clutter under the kitchen area, which made the place look unclean. I hope the store can improve its quality and cleanliness.

Had a mobile order and sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes before they took my order. They just kept telling me “Be right with you”. I finally get my cold food and they forgot all the sauces. Overall, not the best experience. I know this location is capable of better because I have seen it but apparently not for their night shift.

Place has no heat so even if I wanted go dine in I couldn’t. Sometimes, I come in and I try to give the benefit of the doubt and be patient and understanding. But this place serves cold food. Ask to have your food cooked to order they swear you’re asking them to perform surgery. My orders always wrong if using the drive thru so I just go inside. Again where its cold. I’m over this place foreal. You spend $40 for cold food to argue as to why you want fresh food. Whomever owns this joint needs to pay a visit anonymously and see what the rest of us are stating in these reviews. We all not lying. We deserve better service.

Waited 10 minutes for food while I was the only customer there. They gave me the wrong sides, I asked for all fries and got coleslaw and mash potatoes. They didn’t give me a receipt or the correct change. I asked for light ice in my drink and the cup was filled to the brim with ice, my chicken sandwich was also cold.

I’m not sure if my order is correct or not but it doesn’t matter. Ana was super awesome tonight and makes this place deserve 5 stars across the board! I was having issues with the app and she instantly tried helping us! Our issue was resolved and she even followed up with us to make sure the timing would be good! She even told us that she turned back on the fryers just to helps us out! Someone give her a raise asap!!!

I never leave reviews, but here was my experience today. Told us to wait in the parking lot for our tenders. We’ve been waiting 28 minutes and have watched others leave with their food before ours. I’m a patient person but we were the first in line for drive thru and it was not busy. We went back through the drive through to check on our order after the 28 minutes and was told by the manager that she went out 15 minutes ago to look for us and we weren’t there. She lied to our faces because NOBODY left those doors. I can bet you money if you check the cameras that you can see nobody leave the building. Also that’s just ridiculous that she couldn’t “see us” because the drive thru window was facing OUR CAR the entire time. In fact, the doors were remained locked the entire time as we saw people try to go in to the lobby. It seems from other reviews this happens to others too. Avoid this location.
And when she handed us our food it was cold. When we opened it at home we were missing 6 wings, and there was hair in the tenders! Hire new people or do some internal work because this is just… bad. What a waste of time and money

Actually we were very pleased with our visit! The food was fresh and very tasty. We had to wait a few minutes for one of the side dishes we ordered which we were told when we ordered that side. We were offered 2 free drinks of our choices while we waited. Very friendly employees and excellent service! It’s a lil pricey but definitely worth it this evening. . . .
