Food is okay, but the cocktails are fantastic! Such creativity in names and ingredients. Also, ambience is epic! Indoor trees with lights, view of the narrow guage railroad, 80s music videos, and the framed vocabulary lessons are hilariously sarcastic. It’d be nice if there was a portion of the place for 21+ only. There were quite a few tiny children and babies about, and not that I mind children, but to be out late in a bar-like setting, it surprised me.

This was an amazing surprise within Durango, filled with curiosity for those who are willing to live in the moment and be aware of the present. The food was outstanding, absolutely worthy of the praise it has received. I truly wish there were a version of this in my community. Abide by the house rules, engage with the amazing people who work here, enjoy the wonderland, explore the entire building, and have some amazing conversation with the strangers you meet. Live in the moment under trees made of light, and don’t miss out on the best jalapeno bombers in the world! Prices are affordable if you’re going out, less than nearly everywhere in the neighborhood, with FAR better tasting food, service, and less attitude in the clientele. What an amazing gem!!!

Out of all the fun and entertaining things to do in Durango, stopping in to Derailed Pour House to see Tony should be at the top of your list! We popped in on a whim for my birthday and he and the rest of the staff made it an absolute experience, not just a meal. 10/10 would recommend. No notes…absolutely amazing

Pour House is one of our favorite go-tos for dinner in Durango. The craft cocktails, and awesome burgers are a strong draw. The Pour House exudes a cool factor, and a big contributor to that is our favorite server, Sylvia. Sylvia is the epitome of cool, with a laid back vibe, an exotic look, and tasteful tattoos. The Pour House, and Sylvia, are winners in a crowded Durango culinary scene.

As locals we love the Pour House. You can spend a lot more money in Durango, and not enjoy the same level of service, or creativity in cocktails, or satisfying food. Mark was our server on this busy Saturday night, and despite a full house he was attentative and on point, with food and adult beverages arriving with perfect timing. Mark is a new server to us. Our usual is Sylvia. And while Mark was on point, he did not have the je ne sais quoi of Sylvia. A haircut would help.
