I ordered one of their combos. The mashed potatoes had barely any gravy on it, my sprite had no straw and no ice, and the biscuit was… plain. It was identical to a KFC biscuit.

When I say these lady’s are the best….. This is an honest to God statement….. I went to 2 different locations and both were incredible busy… google this location and thank goodness I found it. This will be my go to Popeyes for now on.. the young lady at the drive thru was so nice and respectful…. And the lady on expo was very professional and friendly. The food was fresh and hot…. Even the biscuits were delicious…..Overall out of 100 I would give these ladies a 95.5…. Only because I was in the drive thru and didn’t notice how the restaurant was inside….

I was nervous about my food after seeing the reviews. My food was ready after five minutes of placing my order. I always dine in because I want to eat my food when it’s as fresh as possible. The food that I received could not have been better!! Everything was hot fresh and juicy

I haven’t been to popeyes in years and years and after this experience i dont really ever want to go back. I know that means nothing since you have so many customers but we are so dissapointed. We placed an online order last night around 9:30 that was total $30. Lets keep in mind our location closes at midnight so there was plenty of time. When we arrived to pick it up it was packaged and ready but we were not greeted at all. Infact we saw no one only heard a phone playing videos until as we were looking in the bag i look up to the employee sitting in the drive through window on there phone giving us a dirty look for checking our food, so we go uncomfortable stopped checking said thank you and left. We have about a 12 min drive home and when we were unboxing realized we were missing the 2 orders of cajun gravy we payed for, so we drove back up there and went through the drive through to get it fixed. They proceed to say they are out of gravy and to have a good night. No trying to fix it or refund us. No manager to speak to just young workers not wanting to work. I work in food service. I have my whole life. I am currently a manager in food service, banquets, bar etc. When we finally got back home the 3 piece was so over cooked it was inedible. The chicken strips (not sure if they come pre cooked) were pink and rubbery. The lemon pepper seasoning on the wings was the worst or there was just an insane amount on each wing. We could not eat a single thing. Then i try to call today being the next day and they are refusing to answer the phone. It just rings and rings. Safe to say i will never eat here again and would definitely like to be able to contact someone for my money back because its apparently impossible to get help or someone kind.

Man I should have listened to the reviews! I ordered a 3 pc combo with mashed potatoes and an apple pie through DoorDash. Guess what? I’m missing apple pie and mashed potatoes! Now I only have chicken for dinner! Thanks Popeyes!

Slow. 10 minutes to place my order (1 person ahead of me in line), another 10 to get my food. A group of 4 was sitting and waiting for food, and 1 doordash person was trying to iron out some problem with an order. I couldn’t identify the core issue because there was plenty of staff, and there was cooked chicken on the racks. On the plus side, it was clean and the food was consistent with other Popeye’s locations. But if you come here, expect to have a leisurely wait with your party.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Last time I went through the drive thru, the line was long but moved fast. The associate at the window was nice & was accommodating when I asked for sauces. Everything was super flavorful. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 star, is the chicken was a tad dry.

I ordered through the drive through. Said the chicken wasn’t ready so they told me to park. Five other cars behind me got their food and drove off. I was waiting there for twenty five minutes before I got my food. It was ice cold… They forgot about me and wasted my time, while the employees hang out in the lobby with their friends who weren’t employees. Terrible management.

Food is great. They’re typically very busy and somewhat understaffed, but the employees are always friendly and they always get your order right. If you order online though, I’d expect a significantly longer wait than it tells you.
