I have worked in food for a long time, I can be totally sympathetic to staffing issues, everything under the sun.
I made every effort to be patient and kind in the drive thru tonight about 5:25, and the service I received was absolutely unacceptable.
First, I was asked to pull forward after paying, which is totally fine. But, then, twenty minutes later, I had watched three cars receive their food and drive off. An employee comes out to tell me my food is coming right up.
A few minutes later I went inside to see where my order was, only to be told by one employee Itll be five minutes, and another that they did not have the spicy tenders I ordered and paid for. After attempting to get my money back expecting a longer wait, they told me they could make my food fresh and I decided to just wait instead of drive somewhere else.
All of this might be less frustrating, but I didn’t receive so much as an apology or “sorry for that wait” even after I received my food. Several employees. In the time I waited Inside, at least five or six delivery drivers left with their food. Prioritizing deliveries over drive thru customers while employees laugh and joke around is absolutely disrespectful to anyone who paid for food in person.
When I finally received my food, it was absolutely not what I ordered, the manager essentially said I was wrong and that it was, but, no. I ordered spicy tenders, received regular ones, obviously, and he argued with me about it, didn’t offer me my money back or anything whatsoever other than “want me to sprinkle some spicy rub on it?”.
Again, all of this without so much as an apology or “sorry for your wait”.

The food was horrible. Fries were cold The chicken was just nasty!!! I got sweet tea no ice. It was not sweet at all. Tasted watered down. The only thing that was edible was the biscuit!!!!! The need to close this place.. ASAP

This popeyes had gone down. But God saw fit to bring in Mike the new manger in and turn things around. Mike is doing an amazing job and is very attentive to his customers. The food is now hot and fresh. The biscuits are so soft and good even the coleslaw taste the way it use to back in the day. April’s customer service is outstanding. She is friendly, fast and makes no mistakes. Just when my husband and I said we were no longer going back to this location Mike stepped in just in time and changed this popeyes location around. So if you felt the same way, please give them another try. You will not be disappointed. Popeyes please them here at this location.

The drive thru was quick and my food was hot. However the cashier fail to place napkins in my bag unless I have to ask for them. The restaurant was out of honey which was a bummer.

I came to the drive through today to order my son, who is type 4 diabetic. A kid’s mill with one leg. After the clerk rung the mill up, it appeared on the screen as $5.91. Ivan asked to add a leg. A La carte, the clerk told me to hold on and came back to the speaker and told me that she will not be able to sell me a kid’s mail because they do not offer kids news. The mill was clearly on the screen with the price and she was adamant about not selling me. A meal for my child I expressed to her that I know there are kids Mills available and she still refused as my diabetic child sat in the back seat, hungry, worse experience I’ve ever had. This is the worst service I’ve had, ever. I’d give zero stars if I could. I went through drive up to hear that there’s a thirty minute wait on chicken, and they’re only taking orders inside. I went around and parked to go up to the door that was locked. They acted like they didn’t notice me trying to come inside and just sat there at one of the tables. I had to wait until someone else got their attention to unlock the door. I walked inside to see what they said I’d have to wait on, chicken, and a whole rack of it. I didn’t even want chicken this time. I ordered six biscuits, a large order of red beans and rice, and a large order of mashed potatoes with gravy. I asked to order extra gravy and was told that it was pre made, and I couldn’t get extra because they didn’t have the right containers to fulfill the order. I then finished and paid for my order and walked out the door. I turned back around, realizing I didn’t have a receipt. I came back inside to get it only to walk around to the dining area because nobody was at the counter. There was not one, not two, but three associates sitting there all on their phones getting paid to do absolutely nothing. The associate that took my order told me that they were not printing receipts, and they only came out for Doordash orders for some reason. I said okay and went home to feed my wife, who is sick, by the way. They didn’t give me my order in the proper sized large containers, and the food tasted like it was sitting for far too long. I definitely will not be back to this establishment, and I hope this helps others in the future.

No sides available except mashed potatoes at 8 PM…no biggie that’s what I wanted anyway. I get home and there is no mashed potatoes with my combo. Nice

Terrible! My entire order was wrong after being delayed! I didnt receive my drink. The chicken smelled and taste old, the mashed potatoes had a brownish color to them, the apple pies didn’t have any filling inside they were overcooked! $25 wasted. In the trash it went!!!!

This location is a jokeeeee! The girl that took our order at the box was rude!!! We paid and she had us pull up to wait. There were 3 workers out front smoking weed. My husband got out to get something out of the back seat and one the workers that was outside smoking weed, who said she was a manger, said “Woah sir why are you getting out what are waiting on?” Like nobody here gives a dam about anything. Popeyes is waisting money with this location.
