I love Federico’s. I’d eat it every week if I could. The first time I ate at this location the food was great. Taco and tostada, even though I order two tacos. The rice and beans are always excellent. This last time through they got my order right, but both tacos were hard and crispy all the way through. Usually it’s crispy on the ends. You expect that, but this time it was like that all the way through, for both tacos. No soft cooked beef. If I could have gone back I would have, but couldn’t. Rice and Beans were excellent as always. Love the red sauce.

This is a $17 dollar burrito (1st) from this place. Had to come back wouldn’t give any refund employee had to call Monique (the manager) and she refused as well . Had the burrito remade and still forgets half the order, maybe a sprinkle of cheese and maybe a spread of beans . To the employee if you don’t want to work (just by taking my order, I know you hate your job) don’t show up if you don’t like it to the cook get a new job !

Love(d) this location because its close, thought they tend to mess up almost 50% of the time if not more, but I let it go most the time cuz the food is still alright, & its open 24 hrs. I know things can get hectic, I get it. But what you MAY NOT DO, what I can NOT support or tolerate… is ALL the above: raising your prices on MID food, AND get it wrong most the time, AAAAND have rude employees?! Nahhh nah, no. Pick a struggle – not all 3. You not about to play me like that – you wont see me for a while. Not that the girl up front would care, she would be overjoyed if people quit comin thru! Girl who works the drive thru some mornings CHECK your attitude at the door, or work in the back if you dont like people. Not a morning person, maybe work nights?? Sorry I guess for inconveniencing you while youre CLOCKED IN at WORK…?? Girl none of us wanna work , but when we’re clocked in, we gotta show up and be nice or guess what – we get FIRED. Chill out sis!

Y’all think it’s okay to waste peoples time and money by ripping them off like this!? We paid extra only to get completely ripped off! $30 for 2 burritos but only getting the serving size of 1 1 burrito split between the 2? Then I call and the lady refuses to help me or give me any information. Your staff is a joke and the way you treat your customers is insane. $30 for a bunch of tortilla!

Stopped for a carne asada burrito and was every disappointed!!the meat didn’t have NO favor at all.
I decided to give it another try with a breakfast burrito today,I couldn’t even act surprised!! It was a lil bit bigger then a McDonald’s size one you never order twice. I will never stop here again, I strongly advise you don’t either!!

I stopped by on the way home from the gym and ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese, and potato. I got home and had a burrito with sausage instead of bacon. The sausage also has no flavor at all. How hard is it to get 1 item correct? I won’t be coming back to this location.

Place is empty in the mornings they will not answer you if you come around 5 am. I have tried ordering a couple times at that time and no one ever answers.
