I usually don’t have an issue with this location but today did it. My daughter had gotten the spicy wingette meal she ate the chicken but once she got to the 4th piece she noticed it wasn’t done all the way. I give this type of review because of how long the wait was over an hour wait and the chicken not even cooked properly

Placed an online order. Get to restaurant and the doors are locked. See the manager he say they’re working. So he goes to the drive thru window retrieve my order. Checked the order food missing no condiments. Go to the drive thru window asked for condiments the guy immediately went for the condiments trying to past them to me before (I could include the missing chicken) without a bag asked for one he repeated what I said. My mistake I spoke out loud it should be common sense (he got offended) and reduced the number of condiments so I was scare to request the missing chicken. I called the corporate ph # no live person to speak to only a chat bot. I have patronage this location since it opened in the mid 1980s and popeyes especially this location is not even 10% of what it used to be

I ordered 2 combos with fries through Uber Eats and once it got to my house I opened my containers to find no fries and a note on the receipt that said “Sorry out of” and an arrow that points to the fries on my order. So maybe contact the customer and tell them that so they can give you an alternative or cancel the order? Instead of charging them for something they’re not gonna get.

They need to close this location. You can NEVER get your correct order, nor do you get utensils, sauce, or napkins. The food is never hot. Then if you order it Uber or DoorDash you have to worry about NOT getting your food. Like, what are they there for? If I could give this store a zero star, I would.

I would have awarded 5 stars, however, the drummettes for the bone-in wings, which are my preference, were somewhat small and lacked the sweet and spicy sauce, even after shaking the container, my wings still were not thoroughly coated disappointed. I will say my wings were hot and fresh.

This location is open late, (9/19/24) so I decided to stop by. I should have just kept rolling. Long wait time and once I got my food the chicken was burnt, very hard and flavorless. I tried to complete the online survey but it will not allow me to. If you work hard for your money like I do you will be extremely disappointed and I don’t recommend this location. I will ever visit this location again!
