Ordered 12 of ghost pepper wings combo. Let’s just say … the grease obviously hasn’t been changed for quite awhile, look at the color of the grease on the box . Didn’t taste like ghost pepper wings neither and we’re dripping with that off-colored grease, pretty disgusting! Secondly., the order of red beans and rice was more rice than the red beans that was absolutely cold to the touch .

One bathroom closed other doesn’t flush. Don’t order the Mac n cheese is sort of like plastic, French frys soggy and cold. Takes over 30 mins to get 5 pieces of spicy chicken. Missing couple flavors on the soda fountain. Ice machine not working on the fountain. Would recommend getting chicken anywhere else.

Taste of the food was good but we ordered chicken sandwiches and you could tell they had been sitting for a long time. The bottom bun was so hard you could not bite into it. The chicken was also extremely dry from sitting under a hot window for an extended period of time. Ghost pepper wings were good. Love Popeyes but will definitely not be returning to this location.

I love Popeye’s. The staff is always friendly in the drive-thru and the food is usually good. I’ve had a few odd pieces of chicken here or there over the years. Lines can be long at times, and they occasionally run out of something. Despite those few issues, I still love this place.

Been to Belleville Crossing about 4-5 times in past 4 months always ask for correct change or card. When you get to window and pay they can never provide a receipt saying machine broken. Will not be going back to this location any more.

Terrible service!!! Waited in drive thru over 15 minutes and finally got to order but was told to hold on.. just to have someone else tell me they only had 2pcs of mild chicken left for ordering. Mind you closing time is 10pm and it was 9:15pm with a long line of cars behind me!! Completely unacceptable and pitiful!!! Waste of time and gas!!!!

Couldn’t give it zero stars so one star because I had to. I selected a promo offer through t-mobile for a free sandwich on the Popeyes app, but Popeyes wanted a credit card, which to me was unnecessary but I was very hungry after a busy evening with kids activities. After entering all of my info I got to the drive thru at 945p. I had just installed the app on my phone. After spending 5 minutes trying to get someone to answer me on the intercom I pulled around to the window and they just stared at me and then turned off all of their lights 10 minutes before their 10pm closing. I took my business elsewhere, paid, and will not ever be going back here again. Businesses need to realize that customer service matters. You keep everything up and running until the last minute and then spend 15 minutes cleaning up. Beginning shutdown 15 minutes before closing is only going to lose you business.

Rude, unprofessional workers. I ordered a $12 combo, she asks what did i want for a drink i said water. I get to the drive up window and i get my food and im sitting there waiting on my water. the workers are just standing there looking at me, i ask don’t i get a drink? and the girl shook her head no. didn’t even respond with words. i just said ok and left. wasn’t about to make a scene over some water. but every time i go there there is always SOMETHING. They need new staff! Most of them are rude, never speak, never say hi how are you, or have a nice day. i won’t be going back!
