We went to McDonald’s today since the grinch meal started. We are a small family and try not to get fast food to much because costs of everything now aday’s but my 3 year old and 1.5 year old love grinch. We were excited to see their excitement when they got grinch socks in their meals. I know they were adult happy meals but it would have made them so happy. But when I had ordered my food I clicked on the grinch meal and it just popped up the fries so I figured they just came with those and its not like the past meals but I guess I was just Being stupid. But there was no sold out sign or anything so how would I know. I should have asked but just assumed. We paid for extra fries and that was it nothing else. If they are sold out it would be nice to have a sign or say sold out on the kiosk. It was literally the first day of the meal so its crazy they didn’t plan for it. Im done with McDonald’s and don’t plan to eat there anytime soon. Why waste money at a place that can’t even plan for their promotions or care about customers

i ordered doordash from this store and according to the delivery driver the staff was very rude and not helpful. the food itself was fine, what you’d expect when ordering mcdonald’s, but i’m sad to hear about the way they treated my delivery driver. even tipped him an extra 5 bucks since he had to deal with that.

It’s McDonald’s, I feel like the standard is pretty low and somehow yall managed to fall short. I’ve had so many issues here lately, once where the person taking my order talked so quietly I couldn’t hear my total correctly, they then proceeded to leave out multiple items from my order. Most recently, I ordered online for delivery. Apparently, they decided to clean the beverage machine right when I ordered my food, which they neglected to tell my doordash driver until he pestered them about why it was taking so long. My delivery time changed multiple times, and they didn’t communicate anything whatsoever until 30 minutes after my dasher arrived at the restaurant. This place is poorly run, and the employees don’t have any sense of common courtesy. I feel like the driver and myself are both owed an apology.

again, I would have given 0 stars is I could. 5 years ago I posted a review about the ineptness of the people working here. my mom stopped here in the way back from the hospital and picked up food. she ordered me 2 cheeseburgers with NO ONIONS EXTRA PICKLES. when I went to eat them I found them labeled properly, however it appears labels don’t matter when the people working either can’t read or simply don’t care enough to try. if you have any allergies DO NOT COME HERE!!! as you can see from the pictures the cheeseburgers were both extra onions no pickles, and the cheese wasn’t even close to melted. if you enjoy paying for and eating cold food that is made exactly the opposite way that you requested, this is the place. otherwise, avoid this place like the plague.

More than once I’ve encountered the restroom soap dispenser to be nonfunctional. So how are employees washing their hands after using the restroom? Gross to think about. If they have no regard for basic sanitation I don’t want to be eating their food!

Employees actively ignore if you try to order at the counter. And no one there speaks more than 20 words of English, so god help you if there is a problem with your order.

Horrible location charges for sauce but can’t even get you warm food. Fries were extremely old and stale and are refried to heat back up. Chicken was like rubber
