I ordered Popeyes at 12 mind you they close at 1am. App said it would be done at 12:20. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries and all they gave me was the chicken sandwiches. That’s not the issue the issue was the chicken sandwiches where both served to me still frozen.

The cashier was super polite and rang up my order perfectly as I ordered a 2pcs with Mac n Cheese, and It didn’t take long to get my food at all. The food was nice and hot , and smelled so good. The chicken and biscuits were made to perfection . This is how you supposed to do chicken. The only thing that they need help with is the Mac n cheese. It was definitely trash ! They need some pointers from the restaurants on the Southside cause that Mac n Cheese was not it. Overall, I’ll come back again, but I won’t order the Mac n Cheese ever again.

Worst late-night drive-thru service ever. The lady working at Popeyes was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, poor attitude, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Late night or not, basic customer service should still be expected. Very disappointed with this location. I won’t be coming back.

I drove into the easy parking at Popeyes on Western wish also has a drive-through. I went inside to order. In my opinion, the 3-piece chicken tenders were tasty—two were nice and meaty, but one was very small, with barely any chicken to bite into. Service was quick, and when I arrived, only few people were there, so no wait. The place looked clean, and my order came out hot. Overall, a decent stop, but I wish all tenders were the same size.

I was just at this location today. I did drive thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich. I got home and the chicken was raw!!! I called the restaurant to inform them and the manager was so rude and unprofessional! She told me I have to bring back my food and the receipt so that they can look at it to see if it is raw…what?!? That is obnoxious! I have to drive 15 minutes back in order for them to believe me! The chicken was raw! And it is my fault. How about the fact that you gave me raw chicken and obviously it wasn’t cooked properly. That is a health and safety concern!!! I will never be back! Disgusting!! I also reported this restaurant to the health inspector. Called back the restaurant and now they don’t answer.

it’s 10:50PM, i just stopped by because i see their location is open until 1AM and i waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes trying to order because i see workers in there. i spin around to the drive thru window and it’s blocked by cardboard. there’s workers in there and no one is responding to anyone at the drive thru, there’s been at least 6 cars go in and out because no one is responding

It’s back and NO WAIT AT THIS LOCATION the infamous spicy chicken sandwich yum yum yum yummy! It’s large and sooo spicy my recommendation is ask for extra pickles and you will be set for the flavor explosion.
