I had a great experience eating lunch at this place. My order was taken right after I stepped inside, it was pretty much ready, and took almost 2 minutes to eating.
My lunch was delicious.
I ordered 3 pieces SPICY chicken, and it was fresh, hot, and great spicy. It comes with a biscuit, and one side so I selected mashed potatoes and it was good. Also a drink.
Restrooms were clean, and planty of parking lot.

Half of sides I did not show mashed potatoes and gravy was worse barely any gravy half the contents is what I received. Call them when I got home they didn’t answer. My suggestion cameras only accessible regional management team. To see how customers are treated. Yes I have had problems in the past from this location Butterfield Road/ kirk Rd North Aurora, IL appears nothing is getting better.

I would give zero stars for this Popeyes if I could. Got there to pick up 2 DoorDash orders. The orders were sitting on the printer. 2 ladies were standing there chatting and laughing. Told her I was there for the orders. She took them off the printer. She packed one, then said the second order will be 6 more minutes. Then someone came thru the drive thru. Well the first order she packed was for them. So she starts laughing as if I didn’t stand there for 10 minutes already. So I asked, she said oh that wasn’t your order. Then grabs the other tickets sitting there waiting to be done and finds the 2 I needed and starts to pack the order. I finally get both orders because the orders were able to be packed. They ladies both stood there put the orders in the counter. I had to go into the bag for the receipts to see which order was which and TELL THEM to seal the bags with the stickers and receipts.
There was more chatting and laughing than working for the entire time I was in this place. Not to mention the cook sitting in the back on his phone. Horrible customer service. I should also add that the ladies while chatting and laughing spent a lot of time looking over at me.
I lost money waiting for the orders for sure. The staff issues need to be addressed!

Today is the second time I have been to this location and both times the customer service was terrible. The lady that took my order was rude and would rather text on her phone than assist me in the drive thru. I ordered a 5 piece and only got 3 pieces. When I returned the food back I didn’t get an apology or anything. She just took the box back and gave me the correct amount and walked away to play on her phone. My drink was only 3/4 full and the fanta was going out. I asked for dipping sauce and was given 1 for 5 pieces of strips.
Terrible customer service and terrble food seems to be the trend at this location. I will never come to this location.

I’ve been to this Popeye’s a few times and each time has been worse than the last. The food is often subpar and the staff could not care less about service.
I was there today and ordered through the drive thru a blackened chicken tenders combo meal. After I ordered and paid, they had me pull up to wait for my food. I waited 10 solid minutes, with no one else in line, only to receive a sloppy mess. The chicken tenders were wet, under-seasoned and inedible. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

I went through the drive-thru to pick up an online order. I felt the staff were talking about me. Two girls were staring at me and then a guy comes out of the kitchen to take a look as well. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Maybe they didn’t like that I requested all thighs. Weird!

If I could give a 0 start I would I place an order online got to there and when to the drive thru gave them my name and told me to go to the first window they told me they where out of mac n cheese so I told them if I can get something else the lady gave me an attitude and told me no so I ask for a refund and she said No I ask to speak with a manager that was there and she had a bad attitude and keep ignoring me and closing the window at me dient say nothing I stood there for 10- 15 min while they where just standing there laughing and looking at me. I knock on window and ask for the district manager phone then they continue to laugh and told me they weren’t going to give it to me finally the manager supposedly called the DM (Lizbeth) and I talk to her while I was on the phone with the DM they was sitting there still laughing they’re customer service is terrible I don’t know how that lady is a Manager when she don’t have no experience.
