Mostly inedible chicken jerky! It was taken home from the drive through. I have eaten at Popeyes a lot. I understand that these restaurants have to raise prices. I don’t understand serving SUB PAR FOOD. That is if you call it food. I say skip all Popeyes in the area until I leave a good post. Until then try another restaurant line. So gross. I will leave a review on the Popeyes website. If I don’t hear back from them they should get ready to close the doors. If you look at my reviews I am very honest. Today I stopped in to get the 9 piece meal and I had to wait for spicy to cook. Behold when I got home the chicken was overcooked. Tried calling the store to inform them but she failed to understand I didn’t want a refund nor an exchange. Just accept the fact that the chicken was overcooked.

This location is the absolute worst fast food place – for rude, incompetent service. I scheduled food pickup via app. I arrived INSIDE, and on time. My order wasn’t even started; however, they continued to service drive thru. After 20 minutes, I submitted refund online. This terrible place has 3.9 stars for a reason: poor service and food quality.

I app scheduled an order pickup for 3:30p 2 days ago. Arrived, and it hadn’t been started. After 21 minutes, I asked for a refund. Cashier was rude, and told me to go stand in-line. A group had come in, so the line was eight deep. I told her I already waited a long time. She refused to refund. Told me to do it online. Never going there again. Reversed CC charges today. Avoid this location, especially if you are a delivery driver. They’re a mess. Hope T-mobile never uses Popeyes again. Just saw 2.1 stars on Yelp (via Google) for this gawd awful place.

I’ve been to this location few times and it’s seems like they get worse every time. I gave 2 stars because the sides are very good and I didn’t have to wait long for my meal but they were out of many drinks and my nuggets are not fully cooked. Very disappointed!
