Third visit to this location, and I have concluded this Popeyes has the best service I have received by far. The food is hot, the staff is friendly and I have to commend the manager Daisy who always has a smile on her face. I am a former district manager at a fast-food restaurant. I had no choice but to comment after seeing Daisy de-escalate a situation where the customer was clearly in the wrong. Kudos to her as people were about to walk out the door because of said a customer who was CLEARLY in the wrong. Wish I had her As a GM when I was a DM. Good food, fresh and fast, and a great crew. Will visit often!

At least 7 people on shift, 6 orders on the inside and drive thru and they were backed up. 30 minutes to get a 12 piece family order to go. Only one young woman had a grasp on what was going on, two other on the registers stood there for 10 minutes just staring at receipts.

I have never left a review on any restaurant. But I felt compelled to do so now. I have gone to this location a good handful of time. Never fails that they ALWAYS get your order wrong. Always out of half the menu. God forbid 1 car ahead of you in the drive through you will be waiting at least a half hour. Went inside once to take my 4 year old to the restroom and was completely disgusted.. will not be returning and hope to god I don’t get food poisoning after this time.

Only gave 4 stars cause there have been a few errors with my orders before but the food is always good and fresh from this location. Which is why it’ll always be my favorite location to order from. I loved the ghost pepper wings, blackened chicken sandwich and the frozen strawberry lemonade. Those are my favorite things to eat from here!

This establishment always has issues for it to be new. The trash is always over flowing or it’s cash only not for a few hours it days??????? Or place order at windows. I ordered a 5 piece in which the chicken was dry and cold the fries tasted like they are cooking them in fish grease. And to top it off they have no phone number listed to speak with anyone! Receipt has no information. This was an extreme disappointment for the community.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 3:50 pm, I let them know I would step in around 5 to pickup my order. Please keep in mind this was something I ordered for a party. I was told my food would be ready by 5:00, I was even called multiple times from this location to see if I was stepping in to pick up my order. I confirmed with them that I would be stepping in I was just running a tad bit late. I get here around 6:15 and there is a long line to checkout and only one register open, which is understandable, it might have been their rush hour. Once it’s my turn to get my order I let the employee know that I’m picking up a 50 pc Chicken that was placed over the phone. He looks at me confused then proceeds to ask a coworker if they’re aware of this order, and nobody knows about this order. How is it possible that I placed an order over the phone 2 hours ago and somehow, someway, even after receiving confirmation calls IT’S MISSING? BFFR!!!. It’s ridiculous.. first and last time I’ll be coming to this location.
