Inside of the store in clean and the staff are friendly enough. They’re always busy it seems but that’s ok I’m not much of a talkative person. The bathrooms are always clean when I come here though so that’s a plus. They clean the restrooms every three hours, I asked.

It’s a new restaurant, so it’s clean. The staff was very friendly. The cashier helped us pay less for our order because she knew there was a promotion we didn’t know about. Thank you for saving us money. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich, but they made a mistake with his order. He told the cashier what happened. She asked for his receipt and gave him the correct chicken sandwich.

Popeyes at 421 S Weber Road, Romeoville. Mobile Order #33. This has been one of the best restaurants, but tonight it took a complete turn for the worse. After putting in my mobile order, I headed to the restaurant. It took nearly 30 minutes to reach the window! There was no greeting, no apology for the excessive wait. I asked the attendant who appeared as a hooded person off of the street and he mumbled that they were short staffed. What kind of place are you running here? People wearing hoodies? I question whether they were Popeye employees as I could see no credentials whatsoever. I question the hiring practices at Popeyes and now I question the quality of the meals severed there. When I got to the window, my order was sitting on the food counter. When I got it home, it was cold. Terrible, but this is what you can expect to get at Popeyes when short staffed. I would caution anyone going to this restaurant. The employees do not have a professional appearance and the restaurant is in disarray. I can’t recommend this location at all. I will not be returning.

My chicken tenders were half cooked as well as they didn’t give me my sides and the biscuit was a brick not fresh at all to top it off. I was the only customer in line I tried calling some one kept hanging up never even got a voice mail. I stay to far the drive back but will come threw after work tomorrow

The lady that pick up the phone I asked a question to didn’t say hold on or give me a second … I’m saying hello hello she then told me there was no way they could make my chicken half and half spicy, because my order was already made.when I know they take forever to make the food when I go in. that why choose to do online order. Online there is not an option to do half and half. She then puts me on hold but I could hear her on the phone swearing and asking the manager what to do and saying profound language in Spanish. Yes I speak Spanish. They did change my order! I said thank you and she hung up on me. Good customer service is really hard to find. Wendy’s and Popeyes is on the low list for me to order from because of this aggravation.

Third visit to this location, and I have concluded this Popeyes has the best service I have received by far. The food is hot, the staff is friendly and I have to commend the manager Daisy who always has a smile on her face. I am a former district manager at a fast-food restaurant. I had no choice but to comment after seeing Daisy de-escalate a situation where the customer was clearly in the wrong. Kudos to her as people were about to walk out the door because of said a customer who was CLEARLY in the wrong. Wish I had her As a GM when I was a DM. Good food, fresh and fast, and a great crew. Will visit often!

I don’t know why I continue to go to this location, every time I do they get something wrong with my order. It’s always the manager, not the other employees. Last experience, the Manager argued with me about what I ordered. He charged me the correct order but gave me the wrong items and then told me I didn’t order it correctly. The time before this one, he couldn’t manage to count to eight I ordered an eight piece and got seven pieces and when I called, he said i’ll get you next time you come in. I said no I’ll come get it now. He tried to bribe me with extra free items if I would leave a five star review.

Highly disappointed with this Popeyes location! Purchased an order that included several items, through the drive thru. Once we returned home and my father bit into his chicken and he dug into his mouth immediately, to pull out an extremely long piece of black hair. The hair was wrapped up into the chicken, as if it had been mixed into the batter that the chicken was friend in. We went back up to the store to speak with the manager, Liz, only to be told that we were the only customers to complain of something like this. I still had the box of chicken in my hand to show her how it was wrapped around the bone. She was very nonchalant about everything that we explained and was only willing to provide a refund for the part of the meal that the hair was on. However, the whole experience disgusted our whole family and no one finished their meal. We will not be going back to this location at all!

Food always cold and never fresh, when you return the food to ask for a fresh order it takes them 20 minutes to prepare the fresh food and it’s still not fresh. Will not be returning

Do not expect much from this place, ordered 16 spicy family chicken, nothing was right, had to go back inside to get the rest of our order that was missing. I get home and realize I didn’t get one of my sides and the chicken was not spicy. All the kids working there do not care.
