They have given the wrong order on multiple occasions. I don’t blame the young people working because it is overwhelming in there just based on what I see. But the guy doing drive thru is taking to long to respond. You hear him laughing and talking a lot and just sitting down. Not helping or anything. The young ladies working are doing their best. But this location needs better management to help them.

Came here June 4th at 1pm through the drive thru. I had just placed order online & when I got to the window they told me to pull around and wait since my order just pulled up. I waited for 1 hour, and they must’ve forgot I was waiting. I didn’t want to get out the car because it was raining. Then after waiting for 1 hour my food was cold and the piece of chicken they gave me for my blackened chicken wrap was extremely thin and it tastes like I was only eat tortilla. This place is extremely unorganized and the workers don’t care at alll. Shouldn’t be working in fast food

Not my best Popeys experience. The staff was very busy as expected. Friendly service. The atmosphere was slightly sketchy at but nothing to be too concerned about. The only thing decent was the chicken; I asked for spicy and got mild. The biscuit was dry as a rock in the sun. The red beans and rice was slightly below average for Popeyes standards. The pie was well, I only ate half of it and I really like pie. Maybe I caught them on an off night; very off night.

This Popeyes food is so nasty the building is disgustingly dirty the drive-thru window look like you know what on the Windows just disgusting filthy nasty. So you know the drive through Windows disgustingly nasty the kitchen got to be nasty and dirty. I would never eat here again they need to close it down and remodel because it’s nasty and filthy. And when the guy was asking me what I want I couldn’t even hardly hear him because he was laughing so hard they were having a good conversation in there working.

The customer service in the drive thru has gotten better. I can’t blame it on management personally but it starts from the boss. Some of the conditions of the chicken that they serve is just ridiculous. Just like the workers are getting paid to make fresh chicken an serve it. IT’s customers job to pay real money for quality food. I bought a 2 can dine was charged an upgraded fee for a side I did not receive the side of that I did get (fires) were hard as chips.

Love that Chicken & Fish from Popeyes! New fish sandwich is a hit. Hoping it stays on the menu! Minus 1 because there were no condiments nor napkins any of our three bags. Plus 2 because the person who took my order was exceedingly patient thru many order changes and when we received the food it was hot, fresh and yummy!

The customer Service is terrible!! Everybody is on their phone, No sense of urgency when there’s a lobby full of people. I made an online order at 6:45 said it would be ready by 7pm. When I got there, of course I had to wait for tenders to be made and didn’t get my food until 745pm! It don’t take 45mins to fry tenders! What is the point of making an online order if you’re going to be waiting 45 minutes for some chicken tenders and laughed the whole time about how long the food is taking. Not to mention, they forgot my sauces! They need a whole new crew in there. Popeyes you need to do better!!
