The customer service in the drive thru has gotten better. I can’t blame it on management personally but it starts from the boss. Some of the conditions of the chicken that they serve is just ridiculous. Just like the workers are getting paid to make fresh chicken an serve it. IT’s customers job to pay real money for quality food. I bought a 2 can dine was charged an upgraded fee for a side I did not receive the side of that I did get (fires) were hard as chips.

I visit this Popeyes on Sunday and have called several times with no answer so now I have to post a review here I ordered the surf and turf that’s shrimps an chicken tender combo which was over 15.00 ok no problem but after standing there waiting on my order I notice there was a special for only 7.99 who wouldn’t want to save money so I ask about it and the gentleman who took my order ask I take it the manager who stated we no longer have that special and no one in the company is offering that special anymore and he dfo not know why the sign is there. Ok my complaint came in after waiting over 10 min or more and asking will my tenders be cold since my box was prepack and the guy said NO well my tenders was cold my potatoes was cold and the shrimps I waited on they had a very bad fishy smell like they were no good to the point I was gagging, but due to a appointment I had to get to I was unable to go back, but I did call no answer the only good thing was the biscuit and the great customer service the guy who took my order not the little guy the manger I take it. he was rude and told another Custer he hate online order and said it more then once and was just frustrated the whole time I was there . Once off the eway I did try to taste the shrimps and as I guess they were bad so I paid 15.00 for the biscuit because that’s all I was able to eat. I hope the manger see this review and check the expiration date or make sure the shrimps are properly stored for freshness

I Love Popeye’s chicken but, this time I purchased from a location I’ve never been to. The server Richard was friendly and took my order quickly. I waited extra time because I wanted the frozen lemonade which he refilled maybe (10) minutes before I came in. I received my order and got home and I was very disappointed because the biscuit was so dry I literally scared my grandson because I was choking! The chicken was so DOGGONE salty I could feel my blood pressure and glucose rising!! I had a headache and had to drink two bottles of water to flush my system! I probably won’t eat from any Popeye’s Chicken for the rest of the year!!!

Awful. The service slow, not nice and the food not good. You get nothing for your money. No exageration; I ordered the ghost pepper wings, one wing was as big as my pinky finger. (Less than 2″) I couldn’t even pick my choice of dipping sauce. The Sibley restuarant in Calumet City used to be THE Popeyes to go to for a good, savory cooked fresh fried chicken meal and friendly service. WHAT happened?

Had the 4pc. white spicy dinner from this location yesterday and I have no complaints. I also got mashed potatoes, macaroni, & a strawberry biscuit with a Sprite. (Everything was stocked and tasty) I didn’t get pictures because initially I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I thought it fair and important to leave a real and positive review amid all the negative ones. The food was plentiful, fresh, and still warm when I reached home 30+ minutes later. I checked my order before I left so I ensured everything was packed. The lady who took my drive thru order (around 550-6pm) was very nice and went through all my options for my order. I appreciate the small things, even just asking which pieces of chicken I wanted instead of assuming I didn’t want the up charge. That’s ensuring customer satisfaction and I love that! The only thing I can say is the guy in the drive thru wasn’t friendly/inviting like the one who took my order, he could at least say hello or thank you lol. He wasn’t rude though, so it’s no complaint, just an observation and area to improve. Other than that, pleasant experience.

Love that Chicken & Fish from Popeyes! New fish sandwich is a hit. Hoping it stays on the menu! Minus 1 because there were no condiments nor napkins any of our three bags. Plus 2 because the person who took my order was exceedingly patient thru many order changes and when we received the food it was hot, fresh and yummy!

The lady who was taking my order was really nice but I ended up with the wrong order.I ordered a chicken sandwhich meal and a 5 piece tender mealand got a 2 piece chicken combo meal and 3 piece chicken combo meal with small little wings in the box instead and than their was a hair wrapped around the chicken thigh.Usually don’t mind the drive here because it’s usually fresh and accurate
