I went through the drive through this evening and was told they were waiting for fries, I was then asked to pull forward. I waited twenty minutes and no one came out with my food. I had to drive through the drive thru a second time reminding the employees I was waiting for my order. After reminding them of my order, even though I was the only one there and the only one who had been in the drive thru within that time frame, they did not include a side of fries for on of my combo meals. TERRIBLE!

I ordered online very easy order by the way. Order 12 pieces of chicken half spicy half not. Large fries and large coleslaw. And biscuits. What I got was all spicy small coleslaw no biscuits. Very mad about this order. Then when I tried to call nobody would answer then did answer but hung up right away. Would not recommend ordering from this location. This is not the first time this has happened either. Also spent a lot of money to get almost all my order wrong.

Huntley Popeye’s was a great location to get our chicken. Not sure why others graded it low but they do have a new manager now and things were great when we went. We were greeted as soon as we got in the door by the staff. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order and the Manager Dan made it easy for us by asking and suggesting certain packages and add ons. We ended up getting the spicy 8 piece mixed chicken box. The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. They have a new hot sauce called Buffalo Bayou that is really good with this chicken. They still have the traditional hot sauce too. It was nice seeing everyone working as a team helping one another at their stations too! All employees were enthusiastic and provided excellent friendly service. Everything was packaged nicely and put together fast!

This is not the first time that this store has messed up. We ordered the 12 piece chicken. We should have received 3 each of breast, thigh, leg and wing. Instead we got 6 legs, 4 thighs and 2 tenders. What a rip off! No breasts at all which is the most expensive piece. I know why this store has such a low overall rating. Do Not take your chances with this particular Popeyes. You Will be disappointed.

I didn’t want to have to post this review but this is the 3rd time I’ve tried this establishment with high hopes the first couple were flukes because of the “fish sandwich” hype around lent.
The first time they didn’t have the sandwiches and we were told not to refund it through the app and come back the next day. We drove the 15 mins back the next day. The employee we spoke to wasn’t there. We were told to come back the next day. I just called in and got it refunded.
The second time we ordered. We ordered and they forgot our drinks and didn’t call to let us know an item would be available or even let us know. We got home and it was “substituted.” Again we just got it refunded through corporate.
This time we got complete ice in our slushies. Just giant chunks about half the cup standard drink ice used as filler so they didn’t have to shell out as much slushie. I’m not sure but I’m definitely not going back again. There’s better establishments I’d rather take my money instead of wasting it here.

I wish I could leave zero stars. On New Years Eve, I checked the hours of the store before placing my pick up order in the app. The store did not close until 10pm , so I placed an order a little after 9pm and got there at 9:30pm. Upon arriving, the doors were closed and when we pulled to the drive thru to speak with an employee, he said they were “told they could close early” and closed at 9. I told them that I already paid for the food online and all he said was to try and request a refund through the app or online. I still haven’t received a refund and paid almost $40 for food that I never got. Worse customer service ever.

Customer service is slow, even when there are few customers. The chicken is almost always over cooked or not fresh (75% of the time). The chicken is not even fresh at lunch time. Worst Popeyes chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve given them numerous opportunities to prove me wrong, but the haven’t been able to. I’m done with this Popeyes.

I placed an order through the app to pick up my dinner at 5:30 PM. The experience with the app was fine, it was very seamless and easy to use. Upon getting to the restaurant at 5:30, they tell me to pull around by the doors to wait for my food. I wait about 10 minutes before someone came out and told me they didn’t have one of the items that I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. I told her to just give me an additional side that I already had. I then wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finally bring out my food, 20 minutes beyond the time I said to pick it up. The whole point of me placing the order ahead was so I was in and out because I have two kids that were with me. I was very disappointed at the service I received, the lack of urgency and customer service that was provided to me. I won’t be back.

My husband and I were at this Popeyes yesterday and it was a terrible experience. Our order was completely wrong. We ordered the 3 pc. tenders and the 3pc. chicken wings – both combos. What we received was around 7 pcs. of what looked like chicken nuggets and 3 pieces of chicken that consisted of a thigh, a wing, and a leg…totally not what we ordered. We had to ask for sauce and honey for the biscuits. Our order taker wasn’t rude or anything but how can someone mess up this simple order? He had left while we were eating and we did ask for his name – Charlie. In addition, the bathrooms were filthy and the floor in the eating area was very dirty and “cluttered” with stuff. We will NEVER visit this location again and will pass this information along.
