I ordered carne a la plancha just now through Grubhub and the meat was sour. It was spoiled and was still sold to me. I have eaten their whole chicken with now issues and I loved the flavor. Stick to what they are known for because they will serve you spoiled food probably cause it doesn’t sell as much and it’s just sitting there for weeks.

Great, simple, delicious Colombian food. Chicken was tasty and juicy and the sides were awesome. I’d recommend the sausage, chicken empanada, fried plantain, beans, and rice. All so good. I also had the blackberry smoothie in milk, which was perfect. If you have room for one more thing, try the cheese bread (pan de queso) it’s amazing. Great prices. If anything, it could be a bit more of a presentable place. Not an issue if you take out.

Been going to Happy Paisa Chicken for decades. Though I’m a pescatarian, I’ve always been satisfied with their delicious food. My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more. Since the 2020’s began, however, there is only the Take-out option; no dine-in.
A word of caution: be careful to park legally on the street; I’ve gotten a couple of parking tickets there over the years.
