I have been in management for over 35yrs before Trucking. I have never experienced a food service (Popeyes) as Poorly Managed as this one. I travel through this location sporadically and EVERY time that I’ve attempted to order a 4pc, 3pc or even a 2 piece meal I am told that I can not receive what I would like to pay for. Example: Can’t order 4 Dark (2 thighs 2 legs) Can’t order 2 orders of a 2pc. Even when I’m willing to wait. While asking the Cashier why that is? The Extremely Loud and Rude Manager states ” I am not selling bulk orders of dark. When I turn to continue speaking with the polite and professional Cashier (who apologized for the inconvenienc) the Manager MICHELLE, who increased her volume, Chastised the cashier immediately in front of customers and Commanded ” Step away from the register! Go to the back and Fix your Hat and Shirt!! Michelle then was able to continue her rant with me Very Loudly, stating “My Truck didn’t come in so I can’t sell you two thighs or two legs! I said, just give me one 2pc Dark combo. She gave me 2 legs! Truck Driver’s spend 100’s of 1000’s of dollars in the TA Restaurants. It’s a Shame that our choices are already limited and we are forced to deal with Managers like THIS!!!

Stood at the register for 10 minutes and the basically watched them work, multiple people looked at me and said nothing. I left because I was irritated but my significant other came in a few minutes after because he Didn’t want to leave without food…and sat there for a little over 15 minutes and had to say “umm excuse me can I order..?” Just for someone to acknowledge his existence. TERRIBLE service.

Update. After my bf ordered, I realized they forgot the drinks so I had to go back in and wait until the short Hispanic woman and larger black lady with braids finished talking about their paychecks. I said “May I have my drinks” and she said “what?” And I said louder “my drinks?” She didn’t ask me what size or how many, handed me a small cup and walked away. Looked at the short Hispanic chick and made a face and rolled her eyes. I grabbed the additional large cup I paid for. VERY rude staff.

Ordered about 30 minutes before close and they were out of the mac n cheese which was 5 dollars and only got some mashed potatoes as a replacement and wings, i had used a free 6 piece wings offer after spending 10 dollars, should be better prepared especially if its still open, a buffalo sauce pack was also opened and got all over the bag as I began checking on the food in my vehicle. Overall not a great experience.

Place was clean and inviting… Employees were friendly and well dressed and mannered…. Only complaints are my large fries box was only half full and I ordered 5 price dark and got 3 wings a leg and a thigh… had already left and was down the road when I opened it and noticed and wasn’t turning around to go back im a truck driver and on a schedule….

Chicken pieces are extremely small!!! The chicken is also very dry inside and rice and beans tastes sour! I will never stop here again! Do not recommend to anyone!
