Rude Service! Disgusting stale cold food! This is all I can describe by my visit to this business! Last night – Sunday November 30th , around 11:00 p.m. I came through to the drive through which the male employee on the order board was very rude and rushed and interrupted me through my order and shot some of my order choices down by saying it wasn’t available, when probably they were – like the cheese bites advertised. It took a very long time just for me to get to the window after I ordered also. As I approached the window no one was there for about 6-7 minutes! All I can see was PRE-STAGED Popeyes bags on the counter with boxes in them with condiments and food. About 8 or 9 bags of drive thru customers food! Like I said about after 6 or 7 minutes went by, I finally seen a skinny African American male with braids come to the window who was shaking his head side to side in discomfort. Perhaps because of me, another paying customer he had to take care of in drive thru? He seemed like he did not want to be there at all – no hello, no welcome no customer service what so ever. I said hello and he had no reaction to my greeting or care and just took my debit card and grabbed my order that was among the many many pre-staged bags with food up there on the counter! I regretfully witnessed while waiting at this drive thru window my order sitting on the counter for the 6 or 7 minutes – plus a few more minutes while the African American employee joked and horse played around with another employee who looked hispanic from whom came from the back grill area of the restaurant. I finally got my food and returned to my room and to no surprise confirmed that the quality and freshness of my food was far from being edible and safe! Im from out of town and visiting family and was far from the restaurant or seriously I would have brought this cold old food back for a refund! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO EAT AT! Advice to management – feel free to review cameras to verify my claim and please hire more motivated/functioning employees or at least retrain these people you put in charge of your restaurant because its a business which relies on customer satisfaction which in turn brings repeat revenue!

I have to say, this Popeyes has really stepped up its game! The new team here truly cares about what they do, and it shows. I decided to give them another chance, and I’m so glad I did.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything tasted just the way it should.

If you haven’t been here in a while, it’s definitely worth stopping by again. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

THANK YOU. I just left this location 10 minutes ago. My combo is great! Spicy tenders are fresh and a good size, cajun fries are hot, and biscuit was PERFECT. Fast service too. Give everyone at work today a raise. Thanks again.

We will never eat at Popeye’s ever again! The employees were rude. They said they didn’t have the Freddy Boxes and then we couldn’t even order the cheesy bites. The employee taking our order made us repeat ourselves several times because she was on the phone with someone and was too busy listening to them instead of us. We got our food and it was cold. Then 2 of the 3 employees came into the dining room to sit down all while the one was still on speaker phone with someone. The garbage outside was over flowing and garbage all over the ground. Then I read the reviews and this seems to be an ongoing problem. Popeyes, do better!

Update: Well, somehow being the only person in line, they still messed up my order pretty badly. I ordered Parmesan garlic wings but instead they gave me ghost pepper wings?

Friendly staff and good food. Genuinely surprised, all the bad reviews made me avoid eating here for the year ive been here. Highly recommend

I only gave it one star because I have to give it a star to leave a review. The first sandwich they gave me looked like they dipped the whole thing in the deep fryer after it had been sitting there for God knows how long. It had soggy pickles curdled mayonnaise and grease literally dripping off of it as you can see in the pictures I posted. There is also a comparison of the sandwich my daughter got to the sandwich that I got. Gave them a second chance going back to the drive-thru to get another sandwich. The second sandwich that I got was undercooked and chewy. I am very disappointed and I will never visit this Popeye’s location again! Very disappointing!

The manager is amazing she was training a new young lady that started and was great and patient with her when explaining. I’m a pain in the butt with my orders and it was the girls 1st day. She got it fast and it was all right. The mash potatoes was perfect they are great people here and food is made great and with care here thank you!

Front door said no dinning in-carry out or pick ups only…waited 15 minutes to place my order,and then the employee had a problem with what I was ordering…gave the money to the employee after I was told what it cost and they didn’t even have change in the house to break the bills they were given…manager no where to be found to help,1 person walking around in the back,2 people up front lost and confused of what was going on and 1 person out back scraping oil and garbage off the ground on there hands and knees…whats going on in this place…also to 1 employee was boxing up food and touching the food with there bare hands,no gloves or tongs being used…unbelievable popeyes….

This location is horrible. Your food is always messed up!!! They never have any food‼️ I always receive what I didn’t order or my food is always cold and not cooked well very nasty chicken‼️I had tons and tons of mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich and and no pickles. They sent me a very old Coke drink that was hot. No ice but very flat never eat at this place again‼️

Worst Popeyes I’ve EVER been too. They never have anything that’s on the menu and employees are very rude and have horrible attitudes. The wait time for “fast food” is ridiculous. Please make sure that you pay attention if you’re paying with cash because they will not give you your change back as well!
