Despite the recent remodel, the food quality is consistently poor. I’ve been here multiple times and orders are often wrong. Whoppers have been served with untoasted buns, soggy lettuce, watered-down tomatoes, and missing ingredients. They employees clearly don’t care and the management is clueless. This is a prime example of why so many fast foods restaurants will be closing down. People won’t want the low quality or overpay for a poorly made whopper. When automation takeover you’ll see less mistakes and hopefully better service. I’ll make sure I avoid this location at all costs
I would not recommend this location. The remodel didn’t fix the lack of quality control or professionalism. This will be reported.
This location was recently remodeled. This location should be super busy knowing that the McDonald’s was torn down. It wasn’t that busy, but the service was super slow. There was a more than 15 minute wait for food.
I ordered the Whopper with cheese meal with fries and a soft drink. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and efficient.
There were 2 people working in the grill area and were overwhelmed. Burger King is disadvantaged because the fries are made in the grill area. There were several orders waiting on fries. The manager could’ve helped with fries, but I think he was also overwhelmed with running orders to parked cars.
The food tasted great as it was hot and fresh.
The lobby was clean and tidy. The drink tower area was clean and organized. My drink tastes good and there were several options.
This location needs some training and take advantage of McDonald’s not being in business next door. Their lack of service hurts them. McDonald’s used to be wrapped around the restaurant. Burger King is missing out on increased sales. Hire more people as well as train current employees on efficiency.
I will skip this location for the time being. With Culver’s and Wendy’s in the area, I will go there.
I ordered the
The food was HORRIBLE!My fries were old.
Old,dry fries with salt sprinkled on them.Tasted like rubber bands with a couple onion rings mixed in.The whopper patties were completely burnt around the edges.I mean totally black. The meat was dry.The chicken jr had old lettuce that was turning brown.Everything was OLD.Worse meal I’ve ever eaten from Burger King.I will NOT be returning
