Have to be one of the worst Popeyes in the Country. Often they are closed due to no staff . Even when open long wait time coupled with wrong orders. Problem don’t end there. With out doubt it is a management issues. Feel like a absent franchise owner who do not care. If you don’t want to run a business sell it to someone else. Inside the place is filthy and never clean . Even drink machine is always broken.

Got the sides right, completely screwed up the main course. Didn’t add nuggets at all. Had to wait a long time to order and receive the meal. Seems very under staffed. The food did taste good, just wish we received what we ordered. Do better.

The guy taken our order and the young lady at the window was very nice. Our biggest issue we order 8 piece chicken with sides. We only receive 1 breast it looked as if it was cut in half, 3 wings 4 thighs. My kids like drumsticks.The chicken was hard and dry. My large order of fries was missing and the coke slaw tasted as if it was old. Once I got home and called back no one answered the phone. I spent $38.00 and some change for a meal that no one enjoyed.

I was disappointed, the chicken seemed like it was under a heat lamp for 8 hours. Was unedible. Some Popeyes have freshly made chicken, I wish quality was the same in all the locations very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the ghost pepper wings I ordered at the Popeyes on Randall road today, they had no breading on them and they were so small they looked like they came from sparrows! Not at all what I was expecting. And they were cold. This used to be a good place to eat. Not anymore.

This Popeyes is horrible, the current workers are rude and lazy. Few months they had a rat problem and I most of the workers are related. So The manager let them do whatever they want without any consequences. Shamika,the general manager as far I know, wrote a fake 5 star review five months ago so she would not suffer the consequence of being the worst manager ever. And I know a person who used to work there and they overwork good workers who actually want to try their best but are faced with a general manager who can’t manage her own emotions. Hope this Popeyes get close down soon, such a good location for such a horrible Management.

Mobile order was handled quickly, but the chicken was way overcooked. Like it had been sitting under a food lamp for a couple hours. Disappointing when you consider they charge you the same amount for that as for fresh juicy chicken.

Last night 1/7/2023 went through the drive through and waited 20 mins for them to get my order a 12 piece meal that was to have 2 large red beans and rice , and a order of mashed potatoes, when I got home and opened the bag I see one red beans and rice and one mashed potatoes, I joined the biscuits were a bit more brown than normal and the 6 pieces of spicy chicken were very dark as if they had been re cooked , I will not give Popeyes any more of my hard earned money I should have went to KFC as first intended my 45 dollars were wasted and still had to cook at home.

I went through the drive thru and ordered. My order contained 2 strawberry biscuits. I noticed that I was charged for 2 orders of 2 strawberry biscuits so I went through the drive thru again. I believe the manager was taking my order and pretended to refund me my order to charge me with the correct price and told me that I would receive the money back in my account. She acted like she gave me a refund and just couldn’t charge me for the corrected price because of the system so she told me I could go ahead and acted like she gave me a free meal. I made the mistake of not asking for the refund receipt. And of course, I didn’t even receive the refund nor did she attempt to reconcile the order if she couldn’t provide the refund. She just robbed me instead. So I won’t be back.
