ordered Popeyes last night and added a mac and cheese at the window because I forgot to order it. When I got home, the mac and cheese was missing. I called back and the person who answered told me I could either come back that night or get a large mac and cheese the next day. When I came back the next day (today) Hispanic lady at the window was immediately combative. She insisted it was only a small, even though I was told I’d get a large to make up for their mistake. On top of that she didn’t apologize, was rude and just handed me the bag like I was bothering her. The customer service here is really disappointing. Not only do I have to deal with the staff’s attitude but the food is constantly cold. It’s sad that so much money goes into giving the exterior a makeover while the quality of service and freshness of food are completely ignored. I’m curious to know what your company is doing to combat these negative reviews. The focus should be implementing a new team and quality of food and I promise you’ll have more business. This is literally business 101

The chicken is good BUT there were missing items. There were no sides in the bag. I know I am ultimately responsible and the order should be carefully checked prior to leaving the store but it would be nice if the employee, for a change, could check as well!

My order was incorrect. No biscuits with the four meals I ordered even though I asked and was told they would come with each meal. No bbq sauce given as requested. The chicken also did not taste fresh and I wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t even call the store to complain….probably will not be back anytime soon. They truly do not care if they have return customers wth that kind of service.

I ordered cajun turkey. There was option to cancel the order online. Opened a ticket with customers service now store is telling us that I can’t cancel the order. Popeye is trying to cheat us. They can easily refund my money. No one I don’t need turkey, but I need my money back. Very bad customer service. When I called store they hang up on us. Popeye doesn’t care about customers. Very bad company.

I have discovered I enjoy the Bone–in Wings here with the Sweet and Spicy Sauce. But lately they have been very skimpy on the sauce, causing me to now add an ala carte sauce AT EXTRA COST. I order through the app and there is no place for comments or special requests, like Xtra sauce. Wing quality varies, I never know what I am going to get, meaty or scrawny. Sometimes I get a broken wing.
With the exception of one young lady who is probably back to college, the window staff body language is ornery not friendly. They have remodeled the building and it looks inviting, but I don’t feel any Louisiana Love there at all. Room for improvement – SMILE!!!

This location has a real problem with food quality. I ordered a family meal one night and when I got home, the chicken was barely warm, the biscuits were hard as a rock, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. For the price Popeyes charges, the least they could do is serve food that’s fresh.
I tried calling the store to let them know, but no one ever picked up the phone. It’s like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about whether the food is edible or not. Really disappointing, because Popeyes can be good when it’s hot and fresh, but this location clearly doesn’t care about quality control.

Coleslaw was very old and slimy and chicken was so over salted Like it was dunked in salt because it was probably old. I go there all the time and recently there have been many issues with the food quality !

They used to be really good but I’m not sure what happened. The last few visits have been disappointing. The chicken quality has dropped… it’s under seasoned, oddly oversized (especially the legs), and the flavor feels off. It’s no longer hot and fresh, even during peak hours. The biscuit tasted undercooked, and the coleslaw tasted off. Not happy and I won’t be going back.
