I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received from Popeyes. The chicken was old, dry, and stale, and the biscuit was even harder than the chicken. It honestly seemed like the food had been sitting out far too long before being sent to a customer.
I’m shocked that this was considered acceptable to serve. This experience was very disappointing and not the level of quality I expected.

This is a disappointment for me. I’ve been coming to this establishment for two years, and this is the first time I haven’t liked the service or the food. The first time I encountered this staff, they messed up my order, and I thought, “Okay, it was just today,” but they’ve been making mistakes with my order for days now. I’m a regular customer, and today I simply couldn’t take it anymore. The rice and beans were terrible, the rice was hard. Please pay attention to what you’re doing, because we regular customers know when the food is good and when it’s not. Oh, and we greet them, and they don’t even respond.

I have never had such terrible chicken. We ordered an eight piece box. It was just thighs, legs, and wings with lots of skin and greasy batter with no chicken meat. I definitely would not go there again.

Standard Popeyes. Staff was nice and helpful. Food was good and ready quickly. It’s tucked into the strip mall next to McDonald’s, not the easiest to spot. I did find it of that there was a promo banner for a $6 box on the building windows, but I didn’t see a way to order that on the self-order kiosk.
