Just ate at Popeyes in Blaine, and will NEVER return. The restaurant was disgusting. There were so many dead bugs on the window sill it was overflowing onto the table. The women’s bathroom was incredibly dirty. There was an employee’s kid napping on a booth, all by herself.

I will never go back to this store and have absolutely nothing good to say. Went through the drive through asking if I could use two coupons, they said no, so I request to make two separate orders. They told me they could only do that inside, so I let them know I was coming in. I go inside to make both orders, do my first order for the sandwich coupon and pay in cash. When I request to use a chicken strip coupon on my second order the gentleman refused to let me use the coupon, pointing out it says one coupon per custcustomer! I was disgusted and couldn’t order both my son and I food. My son just got done with a wrestling tournament that we were at all day and if he would have went with me we could have gotten both of our orders. My son wanted a chicken sandwich, otherwise, I would have just used one of the two can dine coupons. Seemed like this store was more interested in embarrassing a customer than making a sale. I simply asked for my money back and will cease doing any business with this store. I’m just a single mom trying to feed my kid and I. Hope this guy saving the store from one coupon was worth loosing a customer for life.

I’m really frustrated with my recent order from your restaurant. The drumstick in my chicken box was ridiculously small, far below what should be served for the price I paid. This is unacceptable and feels like I’m not getting my money’s worth.

Boneless wings had almost no sauce on them and they were rubbery, the fork they gave couldn’t even pick up one of the boneless wings. Frys were pretty good even though they were just dumped in the bag.

I went into the blaine location today and the manager was all over the place and yelling at the workers that I would actually give a good rating to it was busy and they seemed overwhelmed and it probably didn’t help that the manager was treating them like absolute garbage not to mention he forgot half of my food as i checked the bag right in front of him and told him the items he forgot he questioned me like i was lying but I never even left the counter and checked the bag the second he gave it to me showed him my recipe then he finally gave me all my items. He was also the only one not wearing gloves touching everything his ears his head set counters and grabbing food

So disappointed in the $50 I spent. The chicken was ice cold and so rubbery, we could barely chew it. Chicken had definitely been sitting all day. Why not cook to order if you are not busy? customers would much rather wait then get chicken you can’t even eat. Can’t say I’ll return.
