Excellent employees! The drive-thru was super quick, they let us take a couple of extra seconds to figure out what we wanted, which was poor planning on our part. We thanked the employees for being open! The food was hot and tasty, who doesn’t love fried chicken?! I could eat the spicy pieces every DAY! I always forget to take pictures of my food. We do have the app on our phone for all the deals, but we feel like when we use the coupons on the app we get worse chickens pieces, so we never use the app. What can I say?

I have usually had good service and food from the crystal location but have always noticed high tax add-on. Well, on 5/8/23, I figured out why. I had a mobile coupon for a 5 piece meal for 2 for $9.99 plus tax (aprox .70 cents) they told me the total was $ 11.89. When I questioned their tax, they became irritated. Showed them the coupon, and they said it was the system and deal was $10.99.

Rude and cant take my order correctly. Asked me spicy or regular when i said spicy, they still gave me all regular. Whoever took my order via drive-thru, was way too rude. Probably should find another job where they dont have to deal with customers. Maybe Fedex?

The is one girl in there with the painted face always, she needs customer service training, always giving food no sauce that required sauce, and wanting to sell you sauce for 0.75, stealing!!!! Others site you get one/ two free but not this place…OOO yea they are RUDE as well,,,, MGMT hoping you are looking at the reviews that are piling up

Meh. The food is fine, neither especially good nor especially bad. The service is terse and unfriendly, yet the job gets done. The whole atmosphere of the place is a bit off and unwelcoming. The multiple, hand made signs about the ever increasing cost for extra condiments are…. Not a good sign (for the record, I received zero condiments, or offers of condiments, for a three piece meal). I go to this location, the closest to me, only sporadically because they really make each customer feel like a burden. The macaroni upcharge is probably the point where I draw the line and I most likely won’t be going back.

Very very rude service provided by the girl who took my drive-thru order tonight. You ask her a question about my order and she has an attitude towards me. I am a regular customer there but after today they won’t be getting my business anymore. The manager needs to tell her how to talk to customers!

Pretty solid Popeye’s. I would say the food is a bit hit or miss but in general it’s above average. Last time I went they forgot to add a sandwich to the bag but luckily I noticed before leaving. Still would go back though since the prices are good

The food was good, but the customer service was not so great. Their lobby has been closed for two years now and no explanation to why or even when it’s going to re-open! I love the coca-cola at Popeyes more than McDonald’s so when I couldn’t get a refill I was devastated…I was told I had to pay again after spending $40!!!
