We had two Orders we place for 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 8pic chicken the family meal spicy First he don’t even understand proper English we keep telling him about 3 times what we want however he still don’t. He give us 8 pic chicken 3 wings 3 breast 1 leg 1 thigh , with my sandwich and no fries no biscuits we try to tell him that’s not the family meal we wanted ,it contain 1 large fries and 4 biscuits he still didn’t fix my other instead he bill us for more money which is okay it’s just $5.73 we pay and got one small fries with one single cold biscuit We explain again to him that’s not what we wanted to order. he made no attempt to fix it he just stand there and be like ohhh okay. And that’s it so we drive off when we got home it was not even a spicy sandwich it was not even the right chicken we order

I found what appears to be dirt in my ice from the ice dispenser, and the food was completely inedible. I ordered a five-piece chicken tender meal, and while waiting for my order, an elderly woman nearby complained that she had been served raw chicken, which was already concerning. I received my order to go and, after discovering the issue, called the restaurant in hopes of obtaining a refund. The first person I spoke with hung up on me. When I called back, I was told I would need to bring the food back in person, but I was already several miles away. Shortly after this experience, I became ill and believe the food may have caused food poisoning. The lack of food safety, customer service, and accountability was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be dining at Popeyes again, nor will my family.

Multiple signs says BOGO for $6.99 but the lady kept saying it’s online only. She told me to take a picture so I drove around and took 2 pictures and she says BOGO means online only. Then I gave up and said I’ll just take a 4 piece and she rang it up as $25. I asked how did it come to $25 and she tried to charge me for the wings SHE said was online only. If they can’t get the order right and don’t understand their own menu, then I refuse to spend my money. Do better.

Stopped for a quick meal. Took 25 minutes for my 3 piece tender meal. Wouldn’t call it fast food. Gentleman in front of me waited even longer for his fish sandwich. The tenders were very small and rubbery. Popeye’s used to be so good, but this is no longer the case.

Food is beyond not worth it and super disgusting. I know I shouldn’t say that about food but honestly there’s no other word that comes to mind to describe it. I called in to check if it was halal and was assured it was which is the only reason I wanted to give it a try. Though when I asked the gentleman on the phone about where the meat comes from he said he has no idea where it’s from but was very confident it is halal. I really hope the standard of “halal” is higher the standard of the food. Had to wait at the window for about 10 minutes even tho I preordered online. When I was handed my order I asked the lady if she could confirm what I ordered as it was 55-60$ worth of chicken . She just said yes and closed the window on me.
The disappointment continued when I brought the food home. Chicken is super dry and tasted like it’s expired meat from ages ago. Fries were super hard and rubbery. Nuggets felt the same as chicken dry/overcooked. Only thing kids kind of liked were biscuits ♂️
Would not buy from this place again unless the quality and service improves exponentially.

Nobody in the drive through can understand English. Wait impressively slow for only serving chicken. Food is 50/50 if you get what everything you ordered

Excellent food and great employees here at this location, but a trash company with miserable customer service that will do absolutely nothing to correct mistakes or retain loyal customers. Go to chik fil a or KFC instead. You’ll get treated much better, and the food is just as good.

Not only they couldn’t admit they shorted our order, they laughed when we called wanting what we paid for. I truly hope this location closes and all employees appreciate the privilege of a job if they’re lucky to find one after!
