Don’t bother. Waste of time and will only make you frustrated. Manager is extremely rude. Food is good when it’s made correctly. Good luck with that. We order the same thing every time, once sometimes twice almost every day for the past 4 weeks because we just moved here and it’s convienient – or so we thought! We had to have our burger (mcdouble with only extra mayo, pickle, and sliver onion, not complicated at all) remade 4 times in a row!!! Because they continued to put ketchup on it. The 4th time the manager literally drowned it in ketchup so i went in to tell them it once again had ketchup, just to find out that i walked in on them talking about us being “problem customers” to not only the rest of the staff, but to OTHER CUSTOMERS as well! How am i a problem customer if I’m respectful and THEY keep screwing it up!? Oh, and on top of that the manager told us they will not be remaking the burger. Pathetic. Do not recommend. This is not the first time we have dealt with such horrible attitude and so-called customer service from the so-called manager. You’re better off with a burger from Parkview. And all the staff everywhere else in the town BUT McDonalds are all super nice and friendly.

It seems these days take out or you go in, the service almost always is below expections,but because it is McDonald’s you hope and you try again kinda knowing what the out come is going to be just remember the good old days when people smiles and got orders correct ,yes those were the days

I mistakenly ordered UNSWEET TEA, not knowing that I was going to receive sweet tea anyway. I guess it didn’t matter that I really wanted unsweetened tea. Hate that I couldn’t get what I wanted!
