Raw in the middle chicken sandwich: I have never had a real issue with this location and order uber eats from this location. The food is normally great to me! Went through the drive thru and spend 40 dollars for 3 combos. Asked for some sweet heat sauce and got 1 when asked for more was told that it would be 1$ for each sweet heat. Sounds like a cash grab. Also the lobby “was closed for maintenance” so I had wait in the drive thru just to get the sauce. Employees just stared through window and didn’t even offer to help. I would avoid this location

Even know the food is already just sitting out all day under heat lamps it still takes them 20+ minutes to get an online order ready, if you don’t have to wait in line.
You have to go in and wait through the line, tell them that you have an online order, then they have to find your ticket, and then they start making your order.. and they won’t even acknowledge the next person in line until they finish making your order.. all while there is 10 other people standing behind the counter.. not just a one off experience, I pick up a lot of orders from this place and it’s the same every day..

I order ghost pepper and got chicken with no ghost peppers on it… it look plain with so much Greece and I try to get what I order but they won’t let me so I’m just warning anyone who order fast food make sure before you take it check your food if it what you like because when I first order it the chicken had red sauce on the chicken and their bread crust but this one have no sauce but they do have the bread crust but it’s is extra GREECE and bad Service… different people different Service but I like those who actually, do their job and they need more raise unlike those managers or other lazy workers.

Chicken was a little dry, maybe sitting out too long, or it was overcooked. Usually, I have good experience with the chiken, always being hot n fresh. Maybe this was just a one-off. Order Mac n cheese and got mashed potatoes instead, which were good. Tried the fish sandwich. i would definitely order it again. Also, the blackened grilled chicken sandwich was also a winner in my book. Best grilled chicken sandwich i had in a long time. Definitely will be back.

Went thru drive thru as inside not open. First time ever eating there. Food was awful not like your picture. Mashed potatoes and gravy terrible . I spent alot of money and had to toss it out. Ice cold. Tenders were little pieces. Very disappointed

This place sucks!!! Always saying the dining area closed , & only Drive thru is open!!!!! Got dropped off in a Lyft to have to stand outside in the cold to wait for another one!!!!!!! Every Popeyes has been like this!!!!! Waist of time!!!!!! Think they are locking the doors everywhere because of ice!? But that’s not fair to the community smh ….
