Fast fried chicken. Beans and rice were fresh. It is convenience food. But on a cold winter Wisconsin night, it can certainly work. Also very clean floors, seating, tables.

Absolute garbage! Waited for twenty minutes to be served a tiny bowl of something that didn’t even vaguely resemble red beans and rice. The fries tasted of old grease and had clearly seen better days. The biscuits could easily be used as weapons, and the pies had a bluish tint I found concerning.
They charge enough to warrant at least an edible meal, or least make it look appealing!
I would be embarrassed to hand this off to pigeons.

As of February 06/2024 this is the best POPEYE’S in the Midwest .

Some Popeyes can be soooooooo slow. This one is not. And our order was right which has been an issue at others. The food was good as per usual and the lady at the counter this afternoon was nice.

I am very Upset customer I ordered some bone out wings and was giving bone and wings. I asked for nothing spicy, which Would mean that I would get bone out wings I asked for my sauce on the side. I got home to dinner and took a very small bite of my wings to find out they are bone in and extremely spicy so I called the store explaining I didn’t ask for these spicy wings and basically was told by the women that it’s states they are spicy in the menu and I said i didn’t order spicy and I don’t want this wings this is not what I asked for and she was rude didn’t offer to replace didn’t say sorry about that I even said I’d bring the wings back cause I wouldn’t eat them and she told me basically no… so I’ll be calling to speak to someone tomorrow about this matter and I will not be ordering again or recommending my friend or family to eat at this establishment. This worker needs to be more respectful to customers when there is a complaint.

Staff was friendly, but we went thru the drivethru and our food was cold. Not even luke warm, all 3 orders of chicken tenders were cold. Our 2 year old wouldn’t even eat hers, but we were on our way to an event and didn’t have time to go back. Never had this happen at a Popeyes before, quite disappointing.

I had delivered an 8 piece, biscuits, mac n cheese, & and apple pie. It all would have been really delicious EXCEPT everything had a horrible burnt or old grease taste except the mac n cheese. Even the apple pie was disappointing & ruined. Popeyes, CHANGE your grease & clean your heating trays. Otherwise, it would have been 5 star review.
