First time eating at this spot and was not impressed at all the food was not good… my wife Mac and cheese looked like it was made in prison… while my fries came out cold and over season and the chicken was nice and hot but lack flavor

Sat in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes. When got to the window the lady with the white hair on top gave me the wrong drinks, I ordered Pepsi, Dr Pepper, and a Sweet Tea. I told her it kinda looked like lemonade and she got an attitude with me and she told me “it is not lemonade, it’s starry.” So she gets me the right drinks, hands me my food and asks if I need any sauces. I ask her if she has given me my card yet and she gets an attitude again and tells me she getting to that. Even though she just told me to have a good one. When I park and open up my food I found a hair in my biscuit. Not wanting to deal with going back inside and trusting them to do a remake. I take the hair off and eat it. I get to another biscuit and the chicken are completely inedible, rock hair, and look burnt. This location used to be good but I will not be coming back until this problem, the employees, and the management is fixed.

Shoutout to Destiny who provided awesome service. She was bubbly, friendly and helpful. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Chicken and fries were cooked to perfection. Biscuits were buttery and flaky. Best experience at a Bojangles thus far!

Would’ve preferred fresh chicken but it was good. I didn’t like the dirty rice but the Mac and Cheese And Ranchero beans were ok. I’m not a big biscuit person so it was just ok, not as good as Popeyes Chicken.

There was no wait to place an order with the cashier who was friendly. There were plenty of workers and the food was ready by the time we finished paying and grabbing some napkins and plastic utensils. Food was hot and good and they had good, hot coffee. Excellent for a fast food restaurant.

What made our visit to Bojangles a memorable one was the excellent service provided by the friendly, smiling employees working there. The tea was just right as were the fries. The chicken sandwiches were unexpectedly spicy, but just as Cajun should be. To top it all off, the staff brought us a round of Bo-berry biscuits wonderfully glazed with out-of-this-world sweetness. We will be coming back! #recommended #bechego

Terrible experience. We came on vacation and on the first day we were deceived. Ordered 12 chicken legs and 12 chicken thighs. Arriving home, we found that we were given 11 chicken legs and 8 thighs. They don’t answer the phone and completely ignore it. Terrible experience..ruined our whole day

The atmosphere is what has brought me to write this review. The employees in the back were too busy playing around to take anything seriously and to get my order out in a promptly manner. I also don’t like to see men wearing pants that sag. Be a man and pull up your pants. . Maybe y’all can implement a dress code of some sort so women and children and myself don’t have to see such things. A behavioral class might also help with their horse playing around instead of sticking to business and getting people‘s order out.
