Spent 30+ mins in drive thru before reaching the menu board to then be told to hold 3 times then told to go to another location if I didn’t want to wait. She expressed being under staffed and was snappy as if it is my fault. And it’s snowing. Getting dinner for a family member who is grieving the loss of 2 family members so by far not impressed by any of this trip. Highly recommend getting more staff ASAP. Definitely not fair to the girl working hopefully she getting bonuses. Unless you have a lot of time and patience I don’t suggest visiting this location.

There where ppl in the drive thru & in the lobby. These kids are something else. They don’t cook fresh fries bc they want to give you the ones that’s been sitting there in the warmer. The boy fix my box left my box open & went to the back to get the mac & ch. Lucky my chicken was still hot. They don’t speak to you. This is the worst one that I been to. I rather drive out far then messing with East Capt.

The app says surf and turf classic box includes 1 side. Worker said it doesn’t. To get a side (fries) you must buy a combo. I didn’t want the drinks. I said the app says it does come with a side. Worker was rude and said we don’t use the app here. So I bought two combos so I didn’t argue with employees. The shrimp was darker colored. Taste was mediocre. Everything was chewy. One of the boxes was missing the biscuit. No napkins or silverware included. Both me and my mother felt sick after eating it. Never coming back here. I’ve contacted corporate.

Went through drive through, couldn’t understand the attendant I was speaking to because she was talking too quickly and mumbling. Ordered two sandwiches, that’s all. Took about 3 minutes to place the order because she kept not hearing me, though I am fairly certain I was loud and clear. This could have been a bad speaker, however. Got the food, and there was one sandwich in the bag. Asked where my other sandwich was and she said she only got one. Looked at the sandwich we did get, and it was the wrong sandwich. Asked for replacement and she charged us. Got the replacement after about 5 minutes, where they took the sandwich we had gotten. Gave us the wrong sandwich again but I drove away because I was fed up. Horrible service, it is just frankly not that hard.

I cannot stand this Popeyes location. In fact, it is the worst I’ve been to. Please do not waste your time coming here because this locations doesn’t mind wasting ALL of your time. Anytime I place an order through this dreaded location, by force of delivery app automatic location picking because I would never willingly choose this Popeyes to order from, I just know I won’t see the delivery actually being made until a minimum of 2 hours later. There was even a time where my food managed to be stolen from INSIDE the store. Is no one watching what happens to this food after it’s been made?? The service here is terrible and every dollar I give to this location against my will agitates my soul.

Never visit this location. I dont know who is hiring these people but I got to the drive thru and was met with extremely aggressive and nonsensical yelling through the spaker (I was able to make out ‘We only have 2 sides’ among the gibberish). When I asked politely to clarify what was said, the worker seemed to grow even more impatient and yelled back even louder and more aggressively. At this point I was extremely taken aback and upset, So I left. On another day I showed up here, the workers just straight up werent working, as the drive thru line was going into the street with no movement. Don’t waste your time by coming to this Popeyes unless you want the worst fast food service you’ve ever had.

Hello,
I did not receive my chicken sandwich, 6 wings, 3 tenders, 2 biscuits, and Cason seasoning along with ketchup. The only thing I did receive was the stuff I ordered after that. In addition, I want to formally report the poor customer service I experienced when I called the store for help. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and unhelpful.
This order was placed at the Popeyes location with a 2.4-star rating, located at:

To further explain the experience:
• My food was not fresh
• I did not receive half of my order
• I did not receive the condiments I asked for
I am requesting a refund for the missing item, and I hope this feedback is reviewed so future customers do not experience the same issues.

This place would easily be the Worst Popeyes I’ve visited!! The staff have zero sense of customer service. I waited by the drive through for like 10 mins only to find out the person was on his personal call. Walked into the store and he took down my order… and the cook inside was vaping inside the kitchen as he packed the chicken ⚠️.
The chicken was undercooked and the meat felt raw.. tried reaching out to the manager / corporate no response yet (its been a couple of days now)
If the manager is reading this, please revamp all your staff and make them undergo training again, this is not acceptable behavior and quality from a Popeyes Outlet!!
