I’d strongly advise you check your food if they seem to be too busy. My family and I have had our LAST meal here. I’ve tried calling to rectify this situation but can’t seem to talk to anyone. I’ve been trying since August 30,2025. We spent almost $70.00 for this! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
My family and I ordered inside because they seemed to be too busy in the drive-thru. They were DEFINITELY understaffed and we agreed to wait patiently for the chicken to finish cooking. I specifically mentioned not being in a hurry for a fresh order and understanding the flow of business. All they need to do is set the timer and actually wait for it. I’m glad we caught this BEFORE giving it to our 8 year old and no one that had bitten into them was hospitalized. Things would’ve gotten REAL bad had any of us gotten sick. BE AWARE IF YOU EAT HERE!!!!

They gave me beans and rice instead of mashed potatoes and didn’t give me the caramel apple cheesecake cup that I ordered. Also when I went in to pick up my order, the cashier was leaning on the counter facing away from me and didn’t turn around when I came in. Very disappointed especially about the mashed potatoes.

Only star was for the sides.. otherwise I would of gave ZERO…seriously..we ordered two surf n turf dinners the chicken tenders were so OLD DRY Indescribable! Shrimp was old but only thing edible was the shrimp and sides …if lived closer I would of made your manager refund or remake everything and I would of stood and watched …u have me blocked so I can’t even get through to customer support to complain n send pictures …because that’s how bad the service is u block ppl …count your days at this rate u won’t stay open and managers and ask me to take my reviews off because they get I’m trouble was Told ya that don’t happen i keep my receipts in my account so I will never going to corporate the food we received last night eas Inedible even for my dogs

VERY DISAPPOINTING. The 5-piece chicken dinner for two is a waste of money. We received 2 thighs and 3 pieces of chicken that were best described as bones with lots of breading on them; one of the pieces of chicken was supposed to be a breast and it had no more chicken on it than a wing; all 5 pieces combined was about the same amount of meat as one half of a chicken breast. We also purchased a 3-pieces of chicken tenders and they were the smallest chicken tenders I’ve seen. We really like the taste of Popeyes chicken but if they are going to continue to skimp on the quality of their chicken, and serve breading and bones, then we will have to choose some place else.

1 hour and 5 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food because the chicken restaurant ran out of CHICKEN. It seems like there is no management at this place and it just runs on random chaos. There were plenty of other unhappy customers waiting along side me, and the staff was doing their best to ignore them all.

Me and my mom ate here and my mom took two bites of her chicken sandwich and it was slightly pink and I ordered the chicken tenders and one of them were slightly pink as well and the Mac n cheese was greasy and they don’t do refunds if you don’t like you’re food. Me and my mom are very disappointed and upset and this is the LAST TIME we are eating here and all their food is pretty packaged and they just put in the oven to cook and the meat is raw NEVER AGAIN.

I had ordered a Cajun turkey from this location 5 days in advance before picking it up. I had driven up from Milwaukee to pick it up, as the Popeyes in the Milwaukee area were not offering pick ups for the Cajun Turkey. Once I arrived to this location, the cashier was dismissive of me, and told me there was no turkey in the restaurant for anyone to pick up. Please save yourself money and purchase your own turkey. The customer service after I reached out to Popeyes was even more abysmal than the service I received in the restaurant. Just don’t go.

I typically don’t write reviews on Google just because I tend to stay out of that realm. However, Popeye’s deserves a review! A good one at that!
My mom and I were looking for a good quick bite to eat and Popeyes ended up being our designation and we’re happy we chose them!
The food was cooked incredibly well and the Mac and cheese was SUPER CHEESY AND DELICIOUS!!!
The workers were very polite and were working extremely hard.
Overall the food was cooked very well. And the Garlic Parm wings were so tasty.
5/5 for Popeye’s!

My daughter and I ate at the Popeyes here in sheboygan last night. I ordered a chicken sandwich which didn’t get made with our order. My daughter went back up to the counter to ask for it. It ended up being slightly raw and was was just slapped together. She ordered chicken tenders that ended up being slightly raw as well. Our Mac n cheese was oily and disgusting. I complained to someone who claimed she was a manager, but was not wearing a name tag showing she was. I did not see any hair nets being worn by anyone nor gloves. The raw chicken is food poisoning waiting to happen. We asked for a refund and were flat out told that is against policy and offered me and my daughter other food. No Way!!! I am not taking other food in exchange after being served our food that was slightly raw. We left the restaurant in complete disgust and anger!!! We will NOT be returning!!!!

I haven’t been here since they first opened. And to be honest it was disgusting that time. The strips fries biscuits and red beans and rice were allllll bad. This time though the chicken sandwich and fries and red beans and rice were all perfect!! And the service was super fast and friendly. Thank you for that. Sure wish you could bring back the po’boy though! The big sandwich just doesn’t hit the same in my humble foodie opinion. Thanks!
