Poor food items, chicken only cover half of the bun. Supposed to have no pickles and got two pickles. Popcorn shrimp only had two pieces of shrimp, rest were crumbs. No BBQ sauce with our chicken tenders. At least my frozen mango lemonade was good. Don’t recommend this place!

How does this place start open. The wait time is terrible. I go in all I hear is there’s a 15 min. Wait. There’s a 20 min. Wait. And it’s supper time. 5 staff workers and 1 manager and it’s still chaos. No greetings. They look at you and ignore you. I saw a guy waiting on an apple pie. 15 min. If you don’t have a half hour or longer to spare don’t come here.

Today I would have preferred to have a six piece ghost pepper wings combo, but unfortunately they were out. The guy tried to sell me some that was left behind sitting in a box from another order, but I declined! I’m like really! So, I decided to order two six piece chicken combos, one order regular and one spicy! I repeated the order to the cashier to ensure he got it right! When I received the order they both was regular. Though I waited a long time the supposedly fresh chicken looked and tasted old as hell! We were disappointed with these RIDICULOUS CHICKEN!

We were traveling, got gas at Sam’s and wanted a chicken sandwich as we drove home (5 hours to go) This place is a train wreck, nobody seemed like they knew what was going on, we walked out without food after a half hour and no refund. Others who came in after us got their food.

The food is great. The prices are too much though and depending on which one you go to, don’t order too close to their closing time or they’ll argue with you about food you already paid for. This particular one is great. No bad experiences

Every table in the building was dirty. Floors were dirty, trash cans were overflowing trash onto the floor. No soap in men’s room, sanitizer was empty. 4 other customers in the building and maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive through yet took almost 30 minutes to receive food. I feel dirty just being in this building.
