What baby chickens are yall buying? The drumsticks are the size of a quail leg! & this is the 2nd time they have put a split thigh in my family meal. See photos. Also, they fill the $4.19 mac & cheese 1/4 of the way also in the photos.

Ok used Grubhub and expect it to not be hot. That’s not the problem. The chicken if you can even call it that was thinnest whatever it was I’ve ever seen. It was more like a crusty jerky. Oh and the $5 Cole slaw….the cup had like barely a scoop. Kind of super ticked off. Never again.

I ordered through the drive-thru and paid for my food, including a LARGE Coke, with cash, and they didn’t give me a receipt. I got my food but not my drink, so I waited at the window for about 3 minutes. When the worker finally came back, I told her I was missing my large drink. She asked her coworkers if they still had large cups, they said no (I heard them through the open window). Instead of offering a refund or asking what I wanted to do, she just handed me a small drink and walked away. I was in a rush, so I didn’t complain.When I got home, my fries were hard, cold, and not even full, like they’d been sitting out for hours. I’d honestly rather have teens working than middle-aged staff who act like they’re still in high school and flirting with the manager. Terrible service and food quality. This place is ghetttoooo.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese on it. The cooks kept telling the counter person that my sandwich was ready but she ignored them, to their frustration. But when I received the sandwich it literally was approximately room temperature. It could not have been made fresh. The cheese was colder than the sandwich. I didnt complain because I had taken the sandwich to my car to eat it and I felt no confidence that I would be heard if I went back inside. The other item i ordered was a frozen lemonade. I was given a strawberry lemonade. I tried to tell the counter person that it wasnt what i ordered but she said it was. It was easier to take the tiny strawberry lemonade for almost $4 than to continue to try to get what I really ordered

Placed a mobile order on 12/23/25 for $51.00 ordered what was readily available on the app. Came to the drive through window only for staff to say they can’t fulfill my order due to being short staffed. I asked if they could cancel my order she said no, you have to cancel on the app. I went ahead and did just that. After checking my bank account they still charged me for food never received. I called and spoke to someone at this location they said we got charge you when food is picked up implying the charge would fall off. Well it never did. I was still charged for food never received. Very disappointing I have yet to receive my refund and now everytime I call this location it’s a busy signal.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal and received two wings and 7 breast. Not sure why you do that? It isn’t the first time you nonchalantly out pieces of chicken in and charge full price. I also ordered spicy and got half spicy half not. Seriously, pathetic. This was the Merle Hey Location. I spent 50dollars and didn’t get what I ordered.

This location is disgusting. The worst one in the area. About four years ago was the last time I went to this location because I ate the food and was throwing up four days. I figured after four years they should have their shit together. But it’s almost like they continue to get bad. I ordered my food to go. I’m at home trying to eat my food. I opened the container of one of my red beans and rice in the sour pungent smell assaults my nose. The taste of it was so revolting. I am like there’s no way it’s both of them like how are they continuing to sell this? So I opened the second one and it is just as bad. I had to immediately close the containers and tie them in a bag because the smell was taking over the room. I’m so glad I didn’t eat barely any of it because just from the smell in the little bit that I had I know it would’ve made me sick to my stomach. I’m so unbelievably disappointed and I’d recommend to anyone in everyone to go to literally any other location. The quality is better. The service is better and you don’t have to worry about throwing your guts up. Just downright disgusting. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I want to be able to take a picture, but you won’t be able to smell anything through a picture but just know its smells eeeuuuk

Went there at 11:10am. The lady was whispering into the microphone and got annoyed when I said I couldn’t hear. They said they were out of coleslaw. How are you out of that at the beginning of the day?
Asked for a lemonade for my combo and I threw up after drinking it. I opened the lid to see it was a dehydrated pee color. I smelled it and it smelled like rotten molded lemons. Probably want to clean out the soda stream pipes and not use an expired syrup box of lemonade to your customers.

All tables were dirty. Had to clean our own. Napkins, and condiment trays empty. Fountain dispenser has mold. Accidentally lifted cup too high in dispenser, it got stuck and when I pulled it out, there was black mold on the cup lid. Staff was very friendly. Parking lot has tons of trash everywhere. So…mostly typical for Popeyes.
