Went into try the new SpongeBob meal and was really dissatisfied with the way this Burger King was. Ordered from the stupid self kiosk and waited for 15 minutes for food, trash cans were over flowing with garbage, the freestyle was out of ice and flavors, customer service at this place is non existent, A couple of people left because they didn’t want to wait to order. The tables were filthy floor had food on it. Place was horrible

This has to be the worst Burger King in all of Florida. The staff are completely rude. They’re never efficient with anything they do. Either the fries don’t have salt or they’ve been overcooked or the burgers are completely sloppy. Anytime you pull up there to get food. They’re always behind on orders telling you to pull over and wait. Honestly this is a reflection of the leadership. Whoever is running the store should honestly find a new job. No wonder there’s 3.1 stars… not a surprise. Whoever owns this franchise, it should look at hiring new leadership.

First time at Burger King…..and last. Not to be rude but this place is actually a joke. Took 20 minutes for a simple order. The lady making the burgers took FOREVER making them. The order was wrong with pickles, which ok everyone make mistakes so we took them out. Why have the cut in half option on kiosk if not going to acknowledge it.

I literally never write reviews. This is also coming from someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 years. I understand understaffing is an issue but man, this is the WORST Burger King or even any fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The order is always wrong, always missing items, the wait is 25-30 minutes if you’re lucky, WITH NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE MIND YOU. Not to mention the staff is less than pleasant if you complain about something. I wish I could give this place a 0 or negative star. Honestly just throw the whole restaurant out!!!!!

Worst place to get food in a 20 mile radius. Consistently unacceptably slow (30 minute wait minimum, even when empty), food always somehow cold, poorly put together; just absolutely lazy. It’s honestly embarrassing to be hands-down the lowest quality fast food place in the area. Something needs to be done.
They also make you wait before moving forward in line if your order isn’t immediately ready, holding up an already unmoving line.

We ordered our food at the indoor kiosk and paid for our meal. It’s been over 30 minutes with multiple inquiries about our food. The drive thru is working like a champ. Employees are constantly taking bags of food out the doors to waiting customers. Meanwhile there is about 20 customers inside STILL waiting on our food.
Update: we finally got our order 32 minutes later and of course it missing part of it. Do NOT come here. Terrible.

Please get this location some additional staff. I tried to purchse breakfast from the drive thru this morning but was unable to wait (indefinitely) Finally after waiting and waiting I drove up to the window and asked if “she was the only one working?” She snapped back at me saying… “there are only TWO people working and she had 6 people waiting up front, first.
I told her goodbye and left.
Honestly, I’m not surprised there are obviously staffing issues.
