This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The manager was extremely rude even though they messed up on my order several times. The Hispanic lady inside maybe the manager actually made me cry because she acted like I was trying to get free food when I didn’t even get my complete order. She put ketchup on the burgers even though we asked her not to. Then when I complained about the ketchup after asking for our missed items and it showed on the receipt that we asked for no ketchup she still wanted to see my burgers. I asked for lettuce as a bun and they said no. Then put my burger on the paper that fell apart from all the moisture. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Go to McDonald’s or somewhere else, but don’t waste time or money here.

I never go to McDonald’s. I usually go to any other fast food. I’m from out of town made a stop here at BK real quick. One of the most run down environments I’ve seen in a fast food in a while. There was only one more person eating inside besides me and my kids. Plenty of employees in the place doing nothing. Soda fountain was out of a lot of drinks. Kids napkins and straws weren’t stocked. Went to use bathroom and lord was it dirty. Felt like AC isn’t working which isn’t employees fault. But you mean to tell ne you had all these employees talking and laughing and it was really slow and not one took the initiative to stock the damn place, to clean around, to make sure restrooms were halfway decent? Are you kidding me? Whoever the manager is should be fired as well. Close this place down. I hate McDonald’s and u made me go take a chance there before I do you smh

I used to be an employee at Burger King sometime ago. And the bullying was no short of horrendous. I was the only white girl and I shamefully have a disability. The people who work there, (and some who currently still do) always called me names like Stupido and white girl. My self esteem was never so low. A couple of workers and a former manager were nice until they left. Some exchange supervisors there had extreme anger issues and I had to be the brunt of their frustrations and anger. And once someone made a mistake with the bacon and blamed me for the entire thing. Supervisors who used to work there sat around and played in their phone, only giving breaks to people randomly. Most days other coworkers and I never got a break. Finally I had the guts to up and quit. I only hope they didn’t treat anyone else as harsh as they did to me.

Although my food was fresh, the gentleman messed up my oder several times as he was joking around with his co-worker. I was in a hurry so when he handed me my oder I asked if he put the dipping sauce in the bag, he said yes but here’s some extras so I left. As I was getting on to US27, my son was missing his fries. Due to the late hour, only the drive thru was open. I went back through the drive thru and explained what was missing, he handed me another bag, just as I was about to leave I check the order and it was onion rings I told him again, this is not the fries. He handed me another bag, and finally, it was the correct order. All of this back and forth caused me to be almost an hour late to my destination.

Ordered 3 kids meals in drive-thru. They didn’t ask which drink or which side. Drinks were missed. They made it right but it was inconvenient to drive back. Nuggets were soggy which is weird like microwaved. BK has been a favorite but idk about this location. No cars but slow.

Was told to wait for “fresh meat”, then was giving 2 hour old cold and soggy fries, plus didn’t even fill my medium fry like it should have been. Wouldn’t doubt if they just warmed old meat up to make me a double stacker. Always get let down by Burger King, this isn’t the only one. Most are garbage now a days.
