I purposely drive 20 mins to get this food. I ordered 2 meal specials which consisted of two pieces of chicken and two sides. After arriving home only one order of chicken, I called upset and the person was nasty and condescending on phone.

Dude running drive thru took our order flawlessly, and everyone was pleasant, especially the super friendly manager. Sandwiches were perfect, dessert was good, only problem was the fries weren’t crispy at all. 9/10.

I normally order from here. Biscuits are always soft and yummy. Though you might wanna check your order last time I was here they gave me spicy chicken tenders and unsweet tea and I was missing a biscuit. I ordered sweet tea and mild chicken tenders. I don’t really like the taste of the spicy ones. But they’re usually mostly good about it. I think that’s the most they’ve ever messed up for me.

Food was perfect! Gave me an extra piece of chicken that was cooked juicy and crispy on the outside. The fries were very tasteful. Also the biscuit was buttery and melted in my mouth. Everything about this experience was a 5 star rating. Haven’t went to Popeyes in years

I had went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches mashed potatoes, a biscuit, red beans and rice and two drinks. When I got home I smelled something that was not right I opened up the red beans and rice and it was spoiled How horrible and nasty!! was too far away to take it back I called them to let him know so no one else would have such an awful experience The chicken sandwiches was also old and looked as if it had been sitting there and recooked this is experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced with Popeyes! Needless to say I didn’t eat any of it at the tight was gone gas wasted along with my time.

Ordered from here with UberEATS. They gave the delivery person only one bag of food so we were missing several items. All of our side items and biscuits were missing. So my lunch was just straight chicken. Thanks for the mess up Popeyes. It’s always a hit and miss with this place. Sadly, we were already expecting for something to be wrong with our order.
