Service was good. Just don’t care for their food. Except the biscuits! The biscuits are the best I’ve ever had from any fast food place.
I think they may have egg in their coleslaw!? Idk
Chicken was OK. Great crisp just didn’t seem to have much flavor.
Paid $30 for 2 meals. A 3 pc chicken dinner and a 3 piece tender meal. Came with 2 sides, biscuit and drink.
I’d prolly just order the the chicken n biscuits if I were to go there again.

My pickup order was ready in 5 minutes! The gentleman working the window asked if I was taken care of. They had forgotten to give me 2 sauces so he did not hesitate to get them for me and I asked for some seasoning and he gave me some too. Thank you! My food was so good! Love Popeyes.

Disgusted. Service was barely ok, they didn’t ask what sauces we wanted with tenders. The biscuits were MOLDY! I took a bite before realizing it was so gross and something was very wrong. The chicken & fries were barely warm and seemed stale and the side of red beans and rice was old too. Was charged extra for lemonade that was mostly warm. Yuck! So SO disappointing when I’ve had such delicious food & service at most other Popeyes. Never coming here again.

Arrived at store to pickup an order. Employees were all standing around. Was told the mobile ordering system was down and they couldn’t fill the order. As a delivery driver. I lose. I lose money. I lose points. I lose time and ratings which affect my ability to earn. All because these employees choose to not fill Uber orders later on when management isn’t around. It really seemed as though they couldn’t understand. The gal at the counter had the manager tell me. And when she couldn’t explain, another lady came over and tried to tell me. 830 pm is not too late. And this is horrible service for people. Not to mention the person who ordered the food and has no clue why they can’t eat. Thanks for nothing.

We will definitely not be coming back here. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Employee that took our order didn’t even know about the combo we were talking about. Had to get someone else to help. Looked like manager as she had a black shirt. She didn’t know what it was. We had to show her on our phone for her to finally realize it is an online only combo. Then when we were ordering our food finally we had to say what we wanted several times as she couldn’t understand English very well. Everyone here is speaking Spanish. While waiting for our order I noticed that she put bone in instead of boneless wings. I aske her to change it. Also was missing our sauces. Once we got our food it was bone in wings. I asked again to give me boneless instead. They got angry with me and finally told me they would but it would be 3 minutes. Then continue to talk to each other in Spanish talking crap about me, which I understand enough Spanish to know what they were saying. It was vulgar. Don’t risk coming here.

I stopped by Popeyes thinking I’d grab my usual order, but apparently, the employee at the counter knew better than me. Every time I said what I wanted, she tried to change it — like I was auditioning for a completely different meal. After three attempts to just get some chicken and sides, I finally gave up and let her ring in whatever she thought I should have.
The food came out lukewarm, the fries were stale, and the chicken looked tired of being chicken. Maybe if they spent less time debating my order and more time cooking fresh food, it would’ve been a better experience. At this point, I think I’ll let Popeyes decide who eats there too because it won’t be me again anytime soon.

I love Popeyes chicken, but service at this location is the worst. Half of them do not speak even English. I tried to order inline to help, I scheduled pick up for 5:20 arrived at 5:30 and they hadn’t even started my order yet. I didn’t receive my food until 5:50. I literally could have driven to Kentwood and been home faster. They also never have napkins or condiments at the bar and the soda machine is filthy.

This popeyes is so dull . The workers don’t greet you.. feels unfriendly.. uncomfortable.. they look like they hate they job.. the wait time is outrageous.. the longest wait for me was a 30 minute wait.. they forget things often.. they need new workers honestly..

My favorite southern tasty chicken. A lot of food varieties with delicious drinks and delicious desserts at great affordable prices. Service is great drive thru is perfect. Atmosphere is exceptional with plenty of seating area is always clean. Bathroom is always clean and stocked accordingly. I recommend Popeyes to family and friends.
